DO YOU KNOW OF GAARA? ;D ;D

- Kabloo? Well, I guess. - Emotion Sickness and Ron, shockingly. Its a lot more difficult to decide on my least favorite episode; even Grande Size Me has its strong points, the main one being that it clearly shows KP's faith in Ron, and that she is -very- reluctant to (s)mother him or push him into any sort of mold (in fact, even past the point where she probably should, just a little). I was a bit concerned at the start of season 4 that the creators would cop out and make him conform to make them more compatible. For those who didn't like seeing Ron out of character like that, well, he was hopped up on 'roids and can't be blamed. What did you expect? My main reason for liking Ron is that he's completely authentic, he can't not be himself, and he still comes off as a great guy. That level of honesty is not for everyone, and it's very endearing. Also he possesses nearly all my faults, plus some I don't. How can I not root for a guy like that? ;D - YES I KNOW OF GAARA!! I watched every episode of Naruto until well after the show had drowned in a sea of filler. Gaara is the only character I still find interesting. Started watching Naruto Shippuuden as well, but... well, I won't spoil anything if you haven't seen it. Though the story is progressing painfully slowly. Haven't watched any in a long while as a result.

Do you know of Dr. Horrible, then? Yes, barely. I've seen the first episode. Problem is, we don't get them tharr inturnet broadcasts here in the Norwegian outback. We is simple folk, living off pine cones and herring. Clog dancing is our national sport. Still, lots of power to Neil Patrick Harris for doing the show. Makes him a little less Hollywood, and a little more indie. I find the idea of a middle ground between the two exiting. ;D Oh yeah, and the other guy, power to him too I guess. watch any Scifi? (Stargate, Starship Troopers, etc...) I'm currently catching up on a sci-fi series from the 80's that I missed out on: V for Victory. If you don't know it; it's what the reptilian conspiracy theorists consider their bible, which makes it hilarious! ;D Well, apart from the reptilian conspiracy theorists who consider the reptilians to be the spawn of Satan, and not extra terrestrials. I am not kidding. Also I'm watching The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The first Starship Troopers movie was great, didn't even know they made a series of it though. I should check it out.

Saw Hero of the Federation. It was... watchable, after I realized that it wasn't a Troopers movie as much as a generic horror movie with a Troopers theme. Wouldn't watch it again though.

Oh I dunno, I've seen a lot of crap, and have a high pain tolerance. It was better than, say, Evolution, and probably at one tenth of the budget. And the flashlight-guns were too funny. Why they didn't add muzzle flashes in post is beyond me, it's something any rank amateur can do without much hassle. Oh well.... Nay on Marauder.

ya, I'd skip on Marauder. It's better than 2, but not by much.
how'd you find RSnet?

Google or Wikipedia ---> kpfanworld.com ---> RS.net, I believe. Didn't check it out right away though, but it kept popping up in searches and such. Haven't been much of a message board guy in the past, this is the third (or 4th?) board I've joined and the second I've been an active participant on (well, so far so good . As such it didn't occur to me to look closely at first, but I got intrigued when I found out about the VIP's involvement. A credit to both them and the boards, IMO. You can expect me to hang around as well, I've sort of made a commitment here.

Q: watch Star Wars?- I've watched them all several times, plus the Clone Wars (the Cartoon Network one). Not for a while though. Haven't got any of the DVD's either, so I guess that disqualifies me as a 'fan'. Earning that title demands a lot of effort. But I prefer the original trilogy to the prequels. Absolutely no contest. Love the 'used future' thing. Q: Can't your comp go there?- Nope, that privilege is reserved for American computers. In socialist Norway, internet watches YOU! Hehe! Though I could always get it through other means, involving parrots, peg legs and a whole lot of rumbuggery.... Q: Least favorite kind of shirt?- Any kind that reveals nipples.

3, 6, 4, 2, 5, 1. do you agree with that order from best to worst of the Star Wars films?

Post by Dr. Feelgood on Oct 24, 2008 23:51:32 GMT -5
Whoo boy, it's been a long while since I watched the originals. But if given the whole stack, they would be ranked thusly after my probability of watching them again: 4, 6, 3, 5, 2, 1. Of course there's more to that method than my impression of which is the 'best'. 5 has speeder bikes, which counts for a lot. ;D #1 never happened. It does not exist.
