Yeah, tea and coffee are against my religion. A lot of people say caffeine is as well but I shall continue to ignore it until I have doctrinal evidence.

Yes, I'm not exactly sure where to get them, but I know they're easy to get a hold of...at a local store I mean.

Pharmacies have them. Pharmacies also have the highly caffeinated candy...

Too strong for the body (which is why some Mormons skip caffeine altogether). We're also supposed to be against eating meat in large quantities, but that gets ignored plenty.

So, it's tea and coffee? Thank God I hate both. I never plan to drink coffee. Just the idea makes me want to puke.

I'm suddenly glad I'm not mormon. I enjoy coffee way too much. I know for a fact I would be a coffee geek if I drank it. I don't know if I like it as I have never had any, but if I drank some and liked it and it wasn't against my religion, I would be a coffee geek. You should see what I do to my 7-11 hot chocloate.

I take the basic hot chocolate. I add lots and lots of random stuff to it--sprinkles, creamer, etc.

So how come you can have chocolate but not coffee? Is Decaf coffee out as well?

So how come you can have chocolate but not coffee? Is Decaf coffee out as well? It's other things in coffee besides the caffeine, so decaf is out. Chocolate is different than the coffee.

So what is in coffee that disqualifies it from being an acceptable beverage?

I can't quite remember the chemicals, but it's not good for the body.
