Both Obi-Wan Kenobi in Revenge of the Sith and characters such as Ellen Ripley in the Alien movies had tough choices to make. Could you do what they had to do? Or which would you rather do? Answer both questions.
(Remember that Obi-Wan was s'posed to kill Anakin after The Great Jedi Purge and chars in Alien movies had to kill those with an infant alien in their chest)
In Dogma, Azrael is a former muse thrown out of Heaven because he refused to choose a side in the War for the Heavenly Throne. How do you feel about this?

When was the last time you went to a Hospital? Tomorrow I go for x-rays and mri at a hospital, does that count? Before that, it was when I was a klutz and fell a few months ago. The only time I stayed the night at a hospital was when I had some surgery done a number of years ago.

The finales of shows in general, or just KP? It's good when a show even gets a finale, because so many good shows are canned suddenly, or slowly die so that when they end no one notices. There are a few shows that had finales, and I was there to watch, too: M*A*S*H, Cheers, Seinfeld, Friends...Friends ended wonderfully, IMO. Anyway, I thought there wasn't enough emotional build-up to the kiss at the end of StD, and that the most touching part was the "Why Don't You Kiss Her" sequence in the middle. So, no--I can't say I've cried while watching KP (unless you count tears of laughter). I doubt many here would know of this, but around 15 years ago there was a game called "Sandlot Softball" that was played on the old Nintendo system. It had the funniest, weirdest assortment of softball players imaginable, along with the most bizarre things they used as their "bats." Yes, a Nacospeak Shepherd/Collie/Husky mutt-dog and a beta fish. And (I kid you not) their names change on my daughter's latest whim. I think the latest names are Sailor Venus and Mothra. Toss-up. I love all dogs. Well, at the time that was asked I was fine. Now, I'm fine too, but with a big pack of ice and a stack of pillows. Again, a toss-up. Alien movie? You mean like "E.T."? "Lilo & Stitch"? Disaster movie...would have to be Titanic. Favorite Pirate movie...well, I haven't seen either of the PotC movies, but plan to get the DVDs, 'cause I hear they're good. So, my fave pirate movie is "The Pirates of Penzance." =D You see, I'm a huge Gilbert & Sullivan fan. Oh, and I'm also a closet fan of "The Pirate Movie," a 1982 flick (loosely based on The Pirates of Penzance) which has the reputation for being a turkey of a movie, but which I always thought was cute. A big family barbecue at my grandparents' cottage. Nothing really interesting to tell about it, I just remember sitting among the relatives while they chatted by the fire. But I know the date of the event because we have dated photos of the picnic...I was just under 2 years old. I confess I knew nothing about the Discovery Channel special. Global Warming? No problem, we just turn up our air conditioners a little bit more. Depends on a lot of things. Is it really a valid address? Is the address really his as opposed to someplace he happens to frequent, such as a school? Does he live in a gated community? A secured condo? What's more, while it's good to be cautious, not everyone buys into the "everyone out there is a potential stalker" mentality. Politics aside, "Bowling for Columbine" has some very good points regarding how we've grown into a paranoid, seige-like society. Will answer more later...

How do babies react to you? Can you handle them well etc? (I'm gonna finally try to catch up on some of these.) Generally, babies react to me quite well. And I get along well with babies and kids. Though I'm normally very stoic, I can be very silly and entertaining with little ones. I guess it's partly because I got early practice in with my nephew, and that was many years before my daughter was born. I used to be very well versed with the latest about Teletubbies, Sesame Street, etc. but have recently lost touch with toddler shows, since no one I know has kids that age anymore.

Name some things that make you go 'Awwwwwwwwwwww!' Hmm. Puppies. At least until they prove they aren't house broken yet. Nice love stories. LOL, I always tease my wife and her friends that if a movie has the word "wedding" in the title, it has to be a "chick flick." However, I'm very much a romantic at heart, which was what hooked me on the K/R idea. There's a lot of KP fanfiction that makes me say "Aww," particularly by the Captain.
