Their absolutely awesome chemistry. They play off of each other so well, and the result is always hilarious. I also like how the annoyance goes both ways. Drakken can make Shego go nuts, and vice versa.
I've always loved bickering couples. D/S is just so intriguing, and I don't understand people who say they're not a challenge to write-- they're the hardest couple of all to write, IMO, because their relationship is so dysfunctional.
...and that's why I love it. ;D
But when they're actually on the same page once in a while, when they're actually not fighting, I think I love it even more.

Yup, I did see it-- it was me who posted that picture. ;D
I think she's kind of funny, actually, and I liked the episode a lot. It was funny to see Dr. D try to be all seductive, and it was cute when Shego teased him about it.
She's not my favourite character, but DNAmy's far from my least favourite character on the show, either. I think she gets a lot of undeserved hate.
DNAmy's not really a threat to D/S, so why should I dislike her?
I think it was funny when she chased MF, though I felt a bit sorry for him.

I really love writing about them because there's so much to the two of them. I do find writing some things easy but I have to agree that most of it is hard work. Especially since I'm putting them in situations we don't get to see on the show.
Yup. Of course the sequel I'm planning to "Taking a break" is going to in a more familiar setting but there's still a lot of things I need to consider. The story is going to be about the two of them trying to make their new relationship work alongside still being their villainous selves.

I have lots of the future chapters for Maslow half-written already, all the way up to chapter eight or nine or something. And there might be a sequel to it.
Also, there's two small, random D/S one-shots in the making. One Halloween special and one Christmas special. Just because it's the completely wrong season for them. ;D
...I'll probably wait to finish them and publish them until the right season, though, at the rate I'm going.

I hope you know I'm not trying to be rude, but I don't do collaborations. That's why I never did anything but moral support on the thread where the D/S-supporters were supposed to work together on a fic-- which never happened.
I haven't done a collab fic since I was fourteen, and that pretty much bombed. I need to work at my own pace-- which is slow. ;D
That's alright. I don't think our styles are that different though. Unlike many others we both try keeping both Drakken and Shego as canon as possible.

That's true, a lot of other authors do make them unbearably OOC.
What I mean is that you like to write short chapters and update often, and I like to write longer chapters and update annoyingly seldom.
Also, I don't know, you seem to lean more towards season 1 Drakken, while I lean towards season 2/3/4 Drakken. *shrugs*
It's a mix actually, of all the seasons. It's pretty much like he was in STD. Trust me, he'll have his fair share of season 2-4 moments later. maybe not in "Taking a break" but certainly in the sequel "Back in action".
The reason he's so serious in TAB is because he' not only sulking like usual. He's really down in the dumps, and really mad. Mosty at himself.
But once he lightens up, which he's started to do already he'll be his usual self.

...and I'm back.
I just had a couple of glasses of wine with my boyfriend and a cigarette, and I'm feeling all mellow and nice. I also made teriyaki beef and vegetables for dinner, yum!
Who wants to ask me questions? ;D
...and no, I don't actually smoke, in case you wondered.
