Have you guys thought about the spin off angle? I mean, if we were all "WE WANT A TEAM GO SHOW!!", I'll bet they bring back Bob, Mark and Steve to produce it...and you KNOW there would be a little bit of KP, Ron and Shego popping up. It wouldn't be KP 5, but I'd watch it...and I know we have some HE/WE/SHE/ME-GO fans here. Plus its a new angle for Disney and new merchandise, etc...
Just a thought...

It might fly, it might not. Seeing Kim and Ron are the show and a spin-off, sometimes it flies, but most of the times it comes crashing down, in short crash and burn.
But as long as people want it, by all means Disney should also be bombarded with spin off ideas, anything that keeps Kim Possible alive.

But as long as people want it, by all means Disney should also be bombarded with spin off ideas, anything that keeps Kim Possible alive. You know, our fight (through Save Our Shows) is not only retaining the animated shows we have now, but to also have new animated Disney shows as well. Most people associate Disney with animation, but when people tune in to Disney Channel and find nothing but live-action tween shows, then something's beyond sick and wrong, it's wrongsick! I been thinking about this, and Team Go is a logical choice for a spin-off. Given that's executed properly with good stories and writing, and interesting villains and adversaries. Team Go can fly on it's own wings.

A spin-off could be a good idea, but I think it all comes down to what's better for business, and what do the people want to see?
More of the audience, especially in the target range, are going to expect to see Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable kicking bad-guy butt each and every episode. And there's a good chunk of viewers who only tune in casually, who might never have seen certain episodes that could possibly spawn a spin-off and thus be left in the dark as to what's going on. Stuff like Team Go, or other one-off storys we've seen.
Also, Kim Possible[/u] is the name nearly everyone's going to be familiar with, so that right there is going to draw a lot more viewers than some kind of spin-off.
I think it's best for this fight just to focus on getting Kim Possible back for her own 5th season. I think it's better for the people watching, and it would also bring in stronger ratings for Disney, which could possibly pursuade them to bring on even more Kim Possible in the future. That's the time when we can focus on stuff like movies or possible spin-offs. But we have to get KP back on the air with her 5th season first.

A team Go spin off would be their best bet, this is something that I want to see myself and would appeal to a wider fan base. It would draw a wide cut of people and is the best avenue for a Kim Possible cameo, I she gain in her popularity it would be a benefit to us. As Artfan has said we should keep our main focus on our KP campaign and can ad a line or two as I do with these ideas.
Note, Tara and the Cheerleaders if my favorite so far ;D

The problem with a spin off is that it is taking only a portion of a shows fan base. Example, Killerbebe along with many others, would like to see a Team Go spin off. I personally would never watch that, not a Team Go fan. While a crime fighting team show would appeal to a larger audiance I don't personally think they are the team that can support their own show.

Personally, I would watch a Team Go Spinoff, IF it was written by Mark and Bob, I feel they are the only Team who could do it justice. I say this because I saw the KP episode of Lilo and Stich. I felt it was horrible, mainly because the writers had no idea how to write the KP characters. {at least that is MY opinion}. And let's face it, If Mark and Bob do it, We know Kim and the gang would be done right

Agreed, especially with your analysis of the Lilo and Stich crossover, blah! The problem is Team Go its self does not seem like a strong enough basis for a show and would require Kim, Ron and the gang to prop it up.

Even with Bob and Mark I don't see Team Go as able to cut it as a stand alone show.

Even with Bob and Mark I don't see Team Go as able to cut it as a stand alone show. And why the heck not? It's all about the writing, Baby! Look what Mark and Bob did with an earlier spin-off of a couple of Pixar movies! I admit that I really didn't catch a lot of the show back in say... 2000, or 2001 (I was working out of town on the road then) but NOW I set the comp and record the fun and entertaining Buzz Lightyear! You know, Mr. Barkin stars as Buzz, and our ever-favorite Shego is one of his Rangers, Mira Nova! YAAAAY! I AM finding these shows highly entertaining, and lookie HERE>>> Existing character is taken from one show, and the BACK STORY is told in another... hmmmm. Gee, Disney has done this idea before? What a novel concept, and this might be a good point to interject into any future request or suggestion we make to Dizzy oh, uhhh... Disney. Sorry. Force of a bad habit, I guess. Yeah, a good idea! RD

Yes, a good idea this is but, if Disney would be willing to make such a spin-off, it would definitely better if we have two shows; Season Five and the "-Gos" spin-off. And if such an action would be taken, then maybe other spin-offs might be created in the future, such as "Ron Stoppable" or "Tim & Jim," for starters, while the Kim Possible seasons go on (if that is possible).

I'll grant you Buzz Lightyear, I've only caught it a couple times but it is quite enjoyable. The Goes to me just don't have that special something that could allow them to stand up for long in their own show. Perhaps its becasue we know so much about them already. Yes their back ground is sketchy, but we know how they act around one another, what their powers are and that almost all their villains are campy.
Taking off what your saying Ron, I honestly fear the whole spin off idea as it can become a multiple spin off thing which just dilutes the original greatness.

I'm all for a Ron spin off ;D In fact I'd sqeel at the thought of it over a season five LOL. I'm taking action on that idea right now...Any who TG Spin off would be neat too. But still like the other idea betterXD

I would LOVE a team go spinnoff ;D. I think I would fight harder for it. . I love Shego, and I'm sure lots of people would want to know about her childhood (I think it should mostly be about shego)

Team Go has potential. I, personally, would like to see their whole story, from how they got their powers, how they learnt to control them and what turned Shego towards the darkside. We know Hego's cover as a manager at Bueno Nacho but what do the others do? So many possibilities and different ways to approach it.

I GUESS the spinoff show would be ok, if there will be one.
