I was wondering something. I admit that I cannot do very good artwork of cartoon characters and I'm really bad at making artwork of the Kim Possible characters. Trust me I have no talent what so ever.
Well I can draw them on paper but I'm not sure I can do artwork of them on my Paint Program. I tried it once but didn't do that good of a job. I might try it again some day.
But this is about edited screencaps. Even though I cannot do Kim Possible artwork, there is one thing I can do.
I can edit Kim Possible screen caps, kinda. What I mean is, I have edited pictures of my two most favorite cartoon characters James (Jim) and Timothy (Tim) Possible.
I have changed their emerald and ruby button shirts to just plain White T shirts. I like seeing people wear White T Shirts (except myself, I prefer brown on myself). And Jim and Tim look really great wearing white T shirts!
I have also in some pictures made Jim and Tim's hairs blond. I did that because I thought that as people get older their hairs turn from brown or red to blond. I also did the same to an unrelated Kim Possible character, whose nevertheless a Disney character himself, Josh Spitz (Braceface).
And plus, I have also drawn glasses on Tim's face. After seeing some popular people like Mel B aka Scary Spice, Victoria Bechman aka Posh Spice, and Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice, and a singer I really don't like, Eminem, wearing glasses, I figured it would be cool to let one of the tweebs where glasses, and since I loved Tim more than I loved Jim, I chose Tim to be the one to wear glasses.
Anyway, I guess it's not fanart, it's just picture editing. It can still be posted could it?
Or would I need permission?
I got the screencaps from some websites, esepcially from s7.invisionfree.com. Well actually this:

Well, I'm likely not going to post the pictures anyway, and I don't have a place to post pictures anyway and I'm not interested in joining DevinArt or Photobucket.com but I was just wondering.
Until I can make real Kim Possible fanart, editing screencaps is as close to fanart as I'm going to get.
The screencaps are not mine, as you can see I'm trying to be as honest as possible and don't like to be plagoristic. But I do admit that I have no talent, all I do is edit pictures to see what they would look like if they looked a certain way, or a different way.
So are fan-edited screencaps allowed to be posted on this forum? Or would i need permission from the person/people I got the pictures from?
Remember, even if the answer is yes, don't hold your breath of seeing the pictures as I'm not ready to post picture right now. I was posting this because I was curious and this post is also for the future too, near, distant, and not too distant.
