Although I prefer Dr. Drakken over Monkey Fist as a character.....(He is one of the more funny & hilarious characters in the show.) it seems that Monkey Fist is a better villian. Monkey Fist is probably a better villian since he has minions (monkey ninjas), a reasonable amount of intellect & fighting skills, while Dr. Drakken has minions (Shego & henchmen), sometimes questionable "intelligence" but no fighting skills.
