Well I guess we have a time frame for Ron Millionaire yea we do and the episode aire june 4th, 2004 perhaps that was the date when the wrote the episode or something

The US civilian converntion is MM-DD-YY. For some reason the military uses DD/MM/YY

they were waaay before. Ron Millionaire is very late season 2. October 31st ended season 1 and AVPC was like... episode 9 of season 2.

Yes.
So, it's safe to say that everything in season 2 after ASiT is in the first semester of Junior year, and season 3 is the 2nd semester.

Also, 'Mothers Day' is on May 14th - and production number wise that's before Ron Millionaire too. Yep, it's October.
