This sounds like an awesome episode. And even though I'm not really a Ron/Kim fan those fluffy moments were cute images.

Here's one for the books... and believe me I too have seen the episode now at least 3 times.. and i gotta say this.. They (Bob, Mark, and Steve), did not disappoint..
After all So the Drama wasn't the end.. but rather a new Beginning...(Hence the opening)...
But what was really fun to hear was the final comment at the end of the show.. where Ron is talking to Kim and this one comment about Kim waterskiing over a shark...(Dial tone)....
Let's face it.. this was NOT the proverbial "Jumping the shark" as folks said it would be.. in fact that final comment that Ron makes in fact slaps those "Shark Jumpers" square in the face...and then some..
Like I am planning to write this Next Friday Night/Saturday Morning in My TZ.net talkbacks.. We've Already Seen Chapter 1, Time for Chapter 2.. and Already after just 1 episode I'm convinced.. that it was all worth it.. but then a new question Arises for all the fans out there....
Will there be a Chapter 3?[/u]
That's your call folks, and if you want it, then start saying it.. else this is where it ends, some 22 episodes from now..(or rather 21..)
but you get my point.. after all If we gave her one season why not try for 2.. After all wouldn't it be interesting to see where the story goes?
but that's just my opinion on this.

OMG, when we got word this was on, we made a big party of it...me, my wife, my kid, and my dogs all gathered round the 'puter, and it was just fantastic.
We can already tell this is going to be a great season. We had a riot watching the new opening credit sequence, and the choice of clips for it was excellent. (What's with Drakken running through flowers? LOL!) Over time the opening will become old hat, but at the time every one of us howled when it came on.
Everyone has undergone subtle changes--even Barkin. The exception is Wade, he's the same as ever.
Memorable line: "See, this is why I'm not a cat person." ;D
The art is fabulous! I'm really, really impressed with how everything looks and how smooth the animation is, especially compared with that of season 1. The whole atmosphere of the show has changed, and it's not just because of the Kim/Ron relationship. The show now has a really polished, professional look about it in all aspects. The music seems less "campy," and in fact the show seems less of a parody than earlier shows (I was thinking particularly how "Ill Suited" contrasts with the Grand Canyon scene in "Mind Games." This can actually be a downside; some might complain that the show was more fun back in the old days, but I think it's plenty fun now.).
My only nitpick with this episode: the premise for Ron's behavior seems weak. I know he's an insecure chap, but Kim never indicated she thought anything less of him for not being a "jock" (it would be out of character for her to be superficial like Bonnie). Perhaps what might have strengthened the plot would have been something like Kim being absent for some reason, and Ron misinterpreting that to mean she's leaving him. This could give a double reason for his invading her room--both to see what she's up to as well as swiping the battle suit.
I know, I'm Monday morning quarterbacking (pun intended). ;D Overall, 'twas a real treat to watch.

I can't get why you're all so sensitive about the kissing and making out stuff!? That's not why I'm watching Season four... I like the action, comedy and wittiness of the show...the music tops it ALL off! Sorry for the triple post, but has anyone even noticed Rufus in this pic? Hehe! ;D

Okay, could we not quote the pics anymore? Please? And FaZhou, I love your review. I got one nitpick with your review though.. Or maybe just a slight disagreement... Ron was already insecure about them dating and fearing it wasn't real (hence the middle-of-the-night phone calls) and couple that with Bonnie's thing and the little bit of the conversation he heard... Kim was talkling about Bonnie, after all... And saying about "trade up" and everything... I thought it seemed pretty strong.. But then you also have to remember this is the first episode written in over a year. So there's bound to be some of that. But I can see where he's coming from, anyway... Y'know, with all the positive feedback, I'm wondering that myself... I'd like to know why, though, y'know... Maybe they meant the whole Dementor thing... He's bad at fashion, after all...

I was going to make a caption out of that pic. I believe it was:
It was at that moment Rufus realized his dreams of winning Kim's heart would never become reality.

My only nitpick with this episode: the premise for Ron's behavior seems weak. Perhaps what might have strengthened the plot would have been something like Kim being absent for some reason, and Ron misinterpreting that to mean she's leaving him. This could give a double reason for his invading her room--both to see what she's up to as well as swiping the battle suit. I would like to put a little Commentary here myself.. and i would like to point out something rather intriguing... and this is probably why like they said in the first promo... "Everything Changes". In this first episode, Ron was in fact not the loser we have seen over the last 3 years... in fact if you have been following Ron (more then Kim), you will have seen how a young boy with Low self-esteem, will one day become what Most people would call a Man. But you have to think about it in this way... In this episode, Ron was always looked on as the loser, the no win kid, the guy who could never succeed. and yet the definitive moment is probably at the last 2 or so minutes of the episode.. where Ron doesn't have the suit on and runs off like a scared chicken..(Sure Bonnie states the obvious, but then she like most other people would think that way). But in those Last few scenes.. where Ron finally scores.. and he gives out a Booyah, let me say this.. That Roar of the crowd wasn't just for Ron.. It was for us.. (that's right, the folks who supported this show.. and like I said in my last post.. the real decision is to figure out where to go next.. After all The angle I see now isn't about Winning or Losing.. but rather putting a positive spin on any bad sitch..(Sure Ron Won the game.. but he did it with Skills he has accquired). After all when this news came down 22 months ago that this show was ending.. a lot of people initially laughed at the idea... but now.. I think the cheering has begun.. for like I said, Chapter 2 has begun.. now it's up to each of us to see.. where it goes from here.. In the end, it's not how you win or Lose in Life that makes the game interesting.. It's how you play it.. and in this first ep alone.. I think the logic is clear.. Ron still loses from time to time.. but now instead of a setback, it's more of a positive spin on this.. all the more reason for it to continue.. but then again, this is totally up to the fans. It's their call, and they're the ones carrying this football.. Nuff Said-- Tucsoncoyote--

Hands down one of the best episodes. Personal favorite 3 seconds were the first ones, the sign saying "Not The End" (take that #65). And I forget who said it (and too lazy to go through the last 3 pages) but I liked the way they had little things about the relationship, the little touches, the hugs, etc... If they'd been dating all summer long, then they've probably got past the whole "I can't go 5 minutes without kissing you" stage of their relationship.
The only thing I'm curious about is if this is the supersuit, will it be put into a hiatus because of this little incident, only brought out for "big" occasions? It did seem to take away from the fight scenes IMO (still awesome, but almost too easy).
