Not mentioning the ending credits: awesome!
P.S.: Have you noticed the reference to "Mind Games" XD?

No one knows what a romantic Wade would be like...he's just turned fourteen! First crush, come on! I remember my first crush...I was WAY out of character! He wasn't forteen! He was 12! Eh? Wait, wasn't he ten in season one? Season four is four years later isn't it?

He wasn't forteen! He was 12! Eh? Wait, wasn't he ten in season one? Season four is four years later isn't it? Okay. In The Cupid Effect, Monique says that Wade won't be able to drive for four more years. And in America, you can drive at 16. Therefore, Wade and the tweebs are 12, Monique, Kim, and Ron are 17 (because Kim says that Wade is 5 years younger than Monique). In season one he was 10, so if he's 12 in season 4, that means two years have passed between season 1 and 4.

Honestly, this episode was my favorite of the bunch! (though the funniest moment of Saturday night was definitely the attempt to park!) I thought it a cute, creative idea. I like how it did not use Ron and Kim for the Valentine mood (though I feel they got their romance in there). I was laughing the entire episode, and I truly felt everyone was in character. It gave Monique and Wade a lot more than they usually get, and the chemistry of all the characters was hilarious. It's also realistic for kids around Wade's age to think that way. I don't care if he's a genius--he's a twelve-year old with twelve-year old hormones and "bright" ideas. I have brothers that age, I have worked with far too many kids that age, and so I found the entire concept entirely too believable-- that's what made it work for me. You see, I have had little boys follow me around in a state of love. I was actually proposed to a few summers ago by a 12-year old scout (I was 20 or 21 or something like that at the time). I truly related to this show. 5 out of 5. As for some of the complaints of seen... I think that some people in fandom try to take this show to too much of a real-world status. I find it absolutely hilarious that all these super-villains just happen to know where these kids live, and yet don't take advantage of it (though with the Senors being themselves, I don't think they would intend any harm on anyone). As we saw from StD, Drakken also knows where Kim lives. I just love the idea of all this villainy that is incapable of yanking people from their own homes. As for what Wade did as being too extreme... what on the show isn't? As I said before, I understood the situation perfectly, and if they wanted to over-exagerate it, fine by me. Totally agree, I loved this ep. Really reminds me why I love KP so much ;D And there were so many funny lines, too many to remember. Barkin reading Ron's report has to be one of the best though The whole, "I like weird" seemed natural to be. Remember Pre-K Kim's dialogue to Pre-K Ron? I rest my case. You're right. For some reason, it felt so right to me. "Shh. I like weird." I mean, it's natural, it's right, it's even got a bit of edgy sexiness to it. I completely forgot about that, anybody got a quote from SiT to compare?

Here's the scene, grabbed it from ASIT's transcript at KPFW
RUFUS 3000: Well, have a cookie. They're peanut butter. (Hands KIM a cookie) KIM: Thanks. RUFUS 3000: I will return to the future and scan the time stream. (Walks toward the swirl) We must determine where the Supreme One will strike next. Can I drop you off in the early 21st century? KIM: No thanks. (RUFUS 3000 walks into the time swirl) I'll just wait here in the good old days. (Slides over to TODDLER KIM and RON talking. TODDLER RON is picking up the ball.) TODDLER RON: Did that one kid have opposable toes? (Hands TODDLER KIM the ball.) TODDLER KIM:You're weird, but I like you. (KIM is leaning against the fence watching them. Cut to a street. A time swirl appears and DRAKKEN, SHEGO, FIST, and KILLIGAN walk out of it)

Good news I checked my Zip2It guide, 'Cupid Effect" is aring again on Monday 2/26 at 3: 30 pm et, and at 12: 30 am et.
So it is not an episode that will only air around Valentine's Day like some other holiday episodes.

omg! I just watched this episode and it's been my favorite from the new episodes that have aired so far.
Like some people have said, it was great that they didn't directly use K/R for the whole Valentine theme, the Monique/Wade shippy was actually very cute! it was so cute seeing Wade swooing over Monique in such a geeky way... and lol! the love ray XD I think it wasn't an evil thing, it seemed quite funny to me
and my fave line...
Wade: "Why is romance so much harder than microelectronics?"
omg you gotta luff the geek! <3

Wade: It's a....bun...warmer. Ron: cool, got any? Wade: any what? Ron: Warm buns.
Haha, I loved this episode. It was the first that I didn't mind the shippy moments. Yay. This was GREAT!
5/5

What about the end, when Kim says "You're weird. I like weird." Was that referring back to when Kim and Ron first meet? Remember when Kim and Ron first meet in "A Stich In Time", she said "You're weird, but I like you."

Even IF ASIT was an alternate timeline, I do believe that was the first thing she ever said to him. *sobs at the beautifulness of that*

Kim's first mission is brought up in "Team Impossible."

There is something else that drives me bonkers about this episode, and it keeps coming back to haunt me. They're all hanging out in Club Banana. Wade purposely knocks a pile of shirts to the floor. And even though I believe Kim had her back turned when he actually did, it should still be fairly obvious that it was Wade's fault! And yet, she doesn't say a word; she just picks them up. I worked at a clothing store during high school! The majority of shirts folded on a table are the shirts that are IMPOSSIBLE to keep looking nice. Even if Kim took it as an accident on Wade's part, she still should have made the little brat pick it up!
