Wrongsick. One of the worst episodes of the series. I'm dissapointed.

Dang! First episode in Season 4 to drop below 4. Frankly, I'm quite shocked!

I dispise this epi. I have not been able to see the whole thing yet but what I have seen so far is not cool. It's like Ron has regressed two seasons. Maybe I'll feel better about it later but as of now. "Bleegghhh" Holy crow, captain. It's like we're sharing a brain on this. lonestar, thanks, and thanks for the plug on my story. I was very disappointed with this episode. I know they wanted to bring the "old" Ron back some, but dear GOD, THIS! Some public service episode. I hope to see the whole thing sometime tommorrow. I would like to see some of the K/R moments that I have not seen.

But in what part of the "old Ron" are you refering to?
Ron hasn't changed much during these seasons. His sometimes brief moments of obsession through out the series are only due to either ignorance, blindness towards the world, naiveness, childness etc, not true stuborness or selfishness, not to mention he quickly accepts he's wrong. But from I understood does this ep really give the idea that Ron did this because of being truly self or stuborn? It would be unfair towards the character now would it? But they do are making a lot of exagerated and also unecessary scennes that make him look like a dimwhit.

It's funny because the episodes with the kisses getting interupted i tend to like least then the ones with no almost kissing. weird. Anyway we got a great comment by Kim to the Tweebs about Her & Rons reltionship "Just don't hurt him" so sweet. We also got a great hug at the end.

People keep complaining about how the movie hangs at the point where Ron begins his rampage, and it happened to me too. I was almost about to give up when I cleared out my Internet cache and then I selected the largest screen size. It began playing again, and it seemed to solve the problem. See if that helps you if you have that problem.
As for the episode itself...it was a very silly episode, but sometimes silly is a good thing. For the longest time I kept asking myself, "Where have I heard that Hulk-Ron voice before?" Well, then my daughter chimed in, pointing out that he was just like the Cyclops monster during the climax of Disney's Hercules! Much of the ep was a set-up for the rampage, and therefore inherantly not as funny, but quite funny towards the end...Monkey Fist climbing the Empire State Building? XD
And the end-credit video was a stitch, too. ;D

The link doesn't work for me. It just takes me to the Disney main page.

I thought that it was a pretty funny episode, but that's such a cliche moral. And I was rather disgusted, I couldn't watch some parts. I wonder why Ron went back to being thin instead of pudgy like he'd been before exposure to the chemical.
Oh God, the ending bit made me LOL. Probably the best part of the whole episode. Drakken had some great lines too, and when the villains were chastizing Ron over his health habits.
I was surprised that Kim didn't have more of a reaction. I mean, a lot of girls would have threatened to break up over that.
Anyway, I probably won't watch it again this Saturday, but who knows.

I still think Bonnie should have gotten a piece of Hulk Ron's rage. This might have been his only chance to get physical revenge on her for calling him a loser all those times.

Well i think this shows how strong Kim/Rons relationship really is. She made a few funny comments but basically stuck by him.

Caught the last act. Still not impressed. The tweebs were well-used (better than "Trading Faces", anyway), but otherwise, it was more of the same. The last scene was rather abrupt and the end credit gag has been done better elsewhere.
Still, the 'eat healthy' message is less heavy-handed than the 'lying is bad' message in "October 31st", so I guess that's something in "Grande's" favor.

I'm kinda disturbed on how irrisponsible and blind they had Ron in this episode, not one that I actually liked.
3and a half out of 5 for me.

Irresponsible and blind? I mean, ya, it wasn't exactly my shining moment, but it was a lot more complicated than ya think... it ain't like I ever planned to terrorize the town... As for the end their... well, you'd need to ask Wade about it. He's actually pretty amped up... says the whole energy/matter conversion thing that happened is gonna be useful to study.

Ron I still like the episode. It doesn't talk about how to stay healthy so it's showing the educational part of the show. I give it a 4/5.

I think the reason why this episode should perhaps be somewhat critisized is because the episode seems to bring unecessarely a negative trait to Ron's personality, that didn't belong to him before. Think of this perspective, while Kim is giving a great example in her side of the relationship, Ron in episodes like these seems to bring unecessary trouble and act recklesly, no to mention it gives him the image of a moron, and the way he reacts towards people are in the outmost contrast with his alibi.
From what I understand this eps seems to being unecessary and unfair negative traits for Ron. He way he acts would fit the description of a word we have here, "ignobil"(unless you also have this word), it means a completely unecessary negative thing that exists in the world, it doesn't have a reason to exist.
I don't think this episode is suitable to give a fair image of Ron. THe plot in place forced a personality distorcion of the characters in focus in this episode, who would be Ron in this case.
Actually, this getting fat issue even goes against Ron's perona, because he is a cook. And this always gives some "wisdom" on food issues.

The biggest pain was the "lesson' aspect of it all, it's like this was handed down from Disney, hey we need an educational food habits episode? BLAH. otherwise I liked the writing.
I really enjoyed this episode even though it broke one of the cardinal rules of my KP enjoyment- no episodes revolved around cheesy lessons. (healthy eating in this case) They somewhat tried to make light of it at the end with Ron's talking to the camera about being mutated, but.. it didn't do much to hide the rest of the episode.
postivies
1. Kim's driving! booya! more on that later 2. Kim's new outfits- blue shirt with white cuffs/collar. sweet! Oh you know I've gotta try and draw that now. 3. Ron's lines, pure gold 4. the music was excellent
This is the KP I remember from last year! the jokes, the pace, the action parts, not slow or tedious at all.
The good: Barking trying to teach Ron on smarty mart time that was hilarious and such a great reaction from Barkin too. "I'm on break" *runs off* I could have done without the shaky camera, just a flashing "record" light would have been suficient. a 3 a 2 and a 7 is a Number 12- that was good All the joke lines worked well I think. "Josh" at Bueno Nacho. LOL what a great scene, and Rufus' reaction. Kim's expressions at the cafeteria where great too
The bad Kim suddenly eats only salad and water? and Wade eats an apple rather than slurping a pop? blah. I mean great it's good that she's mixing it up, but I mean come on. It's not something they eat constantly, it's their hang out. It would have been better in my opinion if Kim would eat regular food throughout the episode yet remain normal compared to Ron who got huge by overly pigging out for whatever reason. I am glad that they had him get fat by eating too much rather than eating the same he always does.
General comments: Poor Ron as he was getting fat, I felt sorry for him. and his feet don't touch the floor when he's sitting in his desk? poor, poor Ron. I would have liked to see Kim be a little more concerned about Ron getting fat but, I guess that wouldn't have added anythign to the show. She did give him a hard time about it and that's probably her own way of guiding him in the right direction.
Kim's driving was just great- I loved how the car was handled in this one, LOVED IT not a pointless gadget, with the exception of providing an escape from Henchco at the beginning. The sounds are awesome too- Kind of American V8 sounding, like a Mustang GT or something. although everything else about the car says "New Beetle" (or more acurately, Lexus prototype) to me. And we see Kim do the "Rockford maneuver" getting away from Gemini? well that's just awesome too
But why does Kim have all the groups of the wheel of food in her car? haha. Kim deboning the chicken in one move? that was just rediculous but funny . and Kim looks away when Ron's pants fall off? haha.
overall I give this one an 8 of 10.

Hmm hasn't Kim seen Ron's pants fall before? I just re-watched it and she did not look away. I mean she was not making any sudden movements to look at him without his pants but she did not look away.
