carbonation is like the best thing to drink! I know! Today was the first day I've really craved it. I just like the bubbles so much... I'm planning the carbonated drinks I will have come summer. I don't know what I'll have first: an energy drink or my favorite of Coke.

Carbonation isn't that bad. It's more the sugars that are added to beverages that are carbonated.

When you said Carbon I thought you were free from like Carbonite like Han Solo. I've got Star Wars in the brain. But good for you. I've been soda-free for about three weeks now and it feels great.

I've had some type of zero calorie diet soda several times a day for most of this week.
Apparently, since I've been drinking soda at 9 am during Uni... I'm doing it now.

Hi, Scoutcraft Piratess! Carbonation isn't that bad. It's more the sugars that are added to beverages that are carbonated. They are both evil equally. It's bad to have that much oxygen in your system. 'Sides, most drinks are carbonated and sugary... so it's been good for me both ways.

Personally, I tend to stick to fruit drinks to begin with. Orange juice, apple juice, lemonade, cider (unfermented), goat's milk (because I'm allergic to cow's milk). I thus allow myself a soda pop as a 'sometimes drink'.
