I'll certainly enjoy school ending, but I'm not all that excited.
Of course, I (quite literally) become depressed during summer, but that is a different story.

Well, the last day of school usually is just sitting 'round waiting for the bell to go off. But hey, I had a good book.

I miss the last day of school. Back in High School, we'd just watch a couple of movies throughout the day [we could bring in a video or something]. Twas fun!
But the last day of university is no different than any other ^^

Lol, like they always say ... there's always a bigger fish. I'm not as a big of a MCR fan as you think. I can play their songs and they inspire me, but I don't go "lovey dovey" over them. Now if I was a girl perhaps, that would be a different story ... ;D

I still stand by my claim that you want Gerard's babies. ;D
Oooh last day of High School, as in the last last last day, was the best. Signing shirts, yearbooks etc. Well, I say yearbooks - it was more of a personal notebook. ;D I took pics too! I put it somewhere, but can't find it - argh. I had it signed at the end of High School, Sixth Form [second half of High School for us Brits] and I wanna get it signed when I finish University next year.

For reasons best left hidden within the dark depths of my being, the last day of high school for me was as depressing and as hate-filled as most days can get. Well...I suppose the graduation ceremony was, as I actually missed the entire last week of school. Yes, I missed out on all that "fun" stuff people do, and my graduation proper was just me going through the motions, and trying not to snap. Yet I tend to think I'm a better person for it all.

I think my last day of school (24th May 07) was kinda exciting. Everyone knew our last day as bein the 25th May but obviously the school tricked us. Anyway at lunch everyone started freaking out due to a text message from the school on some of the students mobile phones, we then ended up going into the main hall where we took photos, signed books & shirts. Then a parade of over 100 people were walking through the town center to the park i live next to, and when we got there we just messed about and took more photos.
I suppose it was fun actually but quite a few of the people i know say they were disapointed about the last day and actually miss school (strange freaky people).. I will miss my friends though as a lot of them are going to a dif college to me, even my boyfriend *sniff* Though the signing of shirts and personal books is great, you always get the people to write rude things on your shirt in certain places & in the book you get some lovely messages (some of which brought tears to my eyes)..

I had a arrow on my front with a message next to it saying "my boob" aaand somewhere else i had "f**k me".. Gotta love ya mates eh ;D

Last day goes like this:
-wake up. -go to school. -watch end of the year video. -go out for lunch. -loaf around.
Yeah, it's pretty boring. The week before's great though, I have a field trip on Wednesday and the Spring Fling on Friday. Monday's my last day.

If my spotty memory serves me, the last day of school during grade school was 'field day.' Basically, it was a picnic/party sort of thing held on the school lawn. At the close of 6th grade (back in the days the schools were divided as K-6, 7-9 and 10-12) I put on a model rocket display for Field Day.
The only memory I have of the last day of Junior High was looking back at the building as I walked home. Oh yeah, the last day was "Honors and Awards" Day. Got a trophy for having the best grades on the track team.
The only point to coming the last day of High School, at least as far as Sophomore and Junior years was to maintain my perfect attendance record. Other than that, with exams already done, we sat around doing not much more than having our textbooks inspected. (A lot of teachers required we cover our books to protect the heavy-duty covers they already had)
Graduation day we'd already been out for three days. Back then (we were the very last class to get this) if you missed no days of school, you were exempt from exams. Fortunately, I wasn't ever sick, but we had kids coming to school on death's door just to keep their exemption. Ah, the good old days.
