*Still blushing* Oh please, the UVF and the UDA would be after me. Claiming to be the son of a Republican...

Finlay has no major political affiliations!

Ulster Volunteer Force. Ulster Defense Association. They're both paramilitary organisations. Finlay has no major political affiliations! He wears a clover! He claims he's from Ireland! Considering he's from Belfast, that sounds exceedingly Republicanish to me!

What about going to the ring and whacking people over the head with shillelaghs? Is that a Republican thing to do?

... I am amazed at how you two can argue over some 'Finlay' guy. I'm amazed that we can have... OK, I can tell him about the political nature of the actor. The shillelagh IS Irish! It is to Ireland as katanas are to Samurai! Considering that I, a person that lives relatively close to Ireland had never even heard of them last year, they aren't. Sworder, why DO you like katanas anyway?! Because they're cool.

So? Witsplinter's cool too, and I don't use it as my name. I don't use Katanas as my name. And Witsplinter is a fictional dagger!
