So I caught a show called "Mail Call" on the History Channel and the host was so over the top it was funny. His name is actually R. Lee Ermey and he's famous for military roles, as far as Disney goes he was the seargant in "Toy Story". He should make an appearance on Kim Possible voicing Barkin's seargant or something.

He already made an appearance. Check out Rufus vs. Commodore Puddles and he plays the general from Area 51.

Oh yeah, he was a brilliant character!
"The secrets of Area 51 must NEVER be revealed!" "What secret?! Everybody knows!!"

"Get my good side, son."
He should've been more matey with Kim.

That ep also holds the record for the most out-of-character quote to ever be uttered by R. Lee Ermey:
Ermey: "Time to call out the big guns."
Kim: "You're not going to shoot it, are you?"
Ermey: "No ma'am. That's just an expression."
In the real world, Ermey would have said something like, "No ma'am. Artillery these days is about as obsolete as a rotary phone. We use TOW missles instead. SO GET READY TO BLAST SOME DOG BISCUT! HOO-RAH!!!"
*Roar of a dozen missles streaking toward their target*

But, I think they were afraid kiddies would use guns or something.
The last thing we need is a shame on the Kp fandom because of news that some kid did something stupid because of a KP episode.
