Roachie was interesting but to me he was just a one-shot, one off character.

Uh, no. Roachie was okay, but he was old before the 11 minutes were up. And if he can't last 11 minutes, he sure as hell won't last a season.
Rufus would probably steal a line from Shrek and say "I'm sorry, but the posistion of annoying talking animal has already been taken!"

By the way, that was from Shrek 2. Best one there was. Go Donkey! But, Puss in Boots was way cool.

Probably should have said the Shrek series, but you obviously got the point.

Now wait a min'it. Every episode of Kim Possible is a good episode. Some are just better than others. I'd rather watch some of the not so good episodes than some of the other shows that are on.

I can't see Team Possible needing a puppy with a shell in the future.
Sorry.
And I'm liking Cap'n Lewis already! Way to go, Sir! I fully agree with your statement here!

Dudes! What's with all the hate? I got nothing but mad love for the Roachter! "Overdue" and "Roachie" were the two best 11 minutes produced. (Well... and "Sick Day".) And, "Shiny puppy with a shell," "Puppies don't have shells!" is one of the best dialogue exchanges in the entire series, and even television history. ("That's just wrong, man!" is pretty funny as well.) Show some respect for Roachie, you ingrates. That being said, I don't see where he'd ever fit in to Season 4. Or for more than one episode to begin with. I still loves you, buddy!

Show some respect for Roachie, you ingrates. Perhaps if "Teen Titans" hadn't done it first...and so much better...

I wanted to see how Ron managed to wake Kim up. He prolly slapped her awake, and then got slapped himself.

I hear this about a lot of live-action shows ('even the worst episode is better than everything else on'), but the more I watch cartoons, the more I question this theory being applied. And with this show, I truly question it.

I hear this about a lot of live-action shows ('even the worst episode is better than everything else on'), but the more I watch cartoons, the more I question this theory being applied. And with this show, I truly question it. Who wrote that blog? (And if it was you, Lonestarr, I apologize in advance, because I'm not going to be kind.) The guy claims to watch the show, makes a preposterous assumption that he's a "buff", and yet fails to prove that he didn't watch the series while his head was fully lodged in his bum. While I agree with some of his picks on the "worst of" list, most of those were still fairly decent. And the fact that he even thinks of placing "Bad Boy"(!?) on that list is ludicrous. His "best of" list is even worse. He chose all great episodes, and I do give him some props for including "Low Budget" and the kind words towards Frugal Lucre. However, the noticeable lack of any third season episodes, when the series was at its strongest, shows how incredibly unable this man is to judge the quality of anything having to do with Kim Possible, or anything on television for that matter. Plus, the fact that he apparently enjoys to make up guest stars who never appeared on the show means he wasn't even paying attention to what he was watching. Does this guy even like the show? And if he doesn't, why has he wasted so much time of his life devoted to deconstructing it? Did Bob and Mark kill his dog or something?

Who wrote that blog? (And if it was you, Lonestarr, I apologize in advance, because I'm not going to be kind.) Yes, that is, indeed, mine. That's not what I consider 'called for'. It's not that great an episode. I don't like it. Did I wake up in some alternate universe where having a brain of your own is a crime? First, thanks for the compliment, even if it was a bit back-handed. Second, the third season episodes ranged from good ("And the Molerat...") to...not-so-good (the episode featuring the character mentioned at the beginning of this thread). Again, personal opinion. Sorry, but I'm pretty sure that R. Lee Ermey (Gen. Simms), Adam West (Timothy North), John C. McGinley (White Stripe), Rachel Dratch (Adrena-Lynn), Maurice LaMarche (Big Daddy Brotherson) and Richard Kind (Frugal Lucre) have been on this show. When it focuses away from picking on Ron and assorted stupidities (humanizing Bonnie, the stuff I mentioned on the worst list), I love it. Did you not read the 'best' list? I'm more of a cat person, thank you. Even with the various insults, a show like this deserves this kind of dialogue; this kind of discussion. It's lots more effective than analyzing the origin of K/R shipping.

Who wrote that blog? (And if it was you, Lonestarr, I apologize in advance, because I'm not going to be kind.) Yes, that is, indeed, mine. That's not what I consider 'called for'. I warned you I wasn't going to be kind... It's not that great an episode. I don't like it. Did I wake up in some alternate universe where having a brain of your own is a crime? I understand if you don't like it. That doesn't make it bad. It's actually one of the best. I don't like "And the Molerat...", but I don't know that it's a bad episode. There's a lot of things it does well. First, thanks for the compliment, even if it was a bit back-handed. The compliment wasn't back-handed. Just everything after the compliment. Second, the third season episodes ranged from good ("And the Molerat...") to...not-so-good (the episode featuring the character mentioned at the beginning of this thread). Again, personal opinion. The third season was consistenly quality. Best written, best animated, and funniest. (That last part one can be viewed as opinion, though.) It still had its good and bad, granted, but it was almost all good and not as hit-or-miss as Season 1 and 2. Alright... so I had my head up my a** on this one. Somehow I didn't realize that was John C. McGinley as White Stripe. But I'm honestly glad to be proven unequivocally wrong on that. John C. McGinley is awesome and I'm ecstatic he's connected to KP. So, I recant whatever statements I made in this section. ::inserts both feet in mouth:: When it focuses away from picking on Ron and assorted stupidities (humanizing Bonnie, the stuff I mentioned on the worst list), I love it. Did you not read the 'best' list? I feel the same way as you. Ron is me. That doesn't mean I can't be a selfish idiot sometimes and deserve to be picked on. (As I so sufficiently demonstrated above. ) Ron is Ron. He's not the smartest, fastest, or greatest looking dude. But he is who he is and he's proud of it. And nobody gonna harsh my chill. Also, Bonnie is human! I know you don't like her. You shouldn't. She's a total b****! But she is still a person and I like to see that characters aren't two dimensional. It actually speaks to intelligent writing and character development. Kudos, Team KP! I'm more of a cat person, thank you. Ok... did they kill your cat, then? Even with the various insults, a show like this deserves this kind of dialogue; this kind of discussion. It's lots more effective than analyzing the origin of K/R shipping. K/R evaluation has its place as well. It speaks to the quality of the show as well that they were able to keep that kind of continuity going with the characters. (During third season, anyhow.) I agree, it is more important to analyze the actual quality of the show: writing, animation, acting, etc. if you really want to prove the show's worth. (And I'll cut out the insults, next time.)
