Well, Shego doesn't seem to have a need for a mild-mannered 'alter-ego', she's perfectly happy with the job that she has.

I'm not entirely sure that article is accurate about Mego. For instance, Shego being in her early 20s has now been contradicted. I maintain that Mego is actually younger than Shego.

Mego seems younger than Shego. At least to me.. But there's something I noticed watching the eps with Team Go. Shego and Hego have the same looking costume. The chest part. And Mego and the Wegos have similar looking costumes that are different from Hego and Shego. If they were you put them according to age like this :Hego, Mego, Shego, Wego - their costumes form a kind of pattern. Blue-black-green-black. I wonder if it makes any sense or difference at all ;D (and that pattern makes Mego older)

if you go to kp fan world and to the trivia part and find the episode "Go Team Go" at the very bottom it shows you the order of the family.
Hego 30-35 most likely 32
Mego 25-29 most likely 27
Shego 20-25 most likely 24
Wego and wego 15-18 most likely 16
unfortunly it does not tell you the exact age of them. or mentions it. wikipedia mentions shego being in her mid to early 20's thou.

Hmmm...
I'm more apt to taking Mr. Loters' word for it with his age acessment of Team Go.
After all, it WAS his job to stay on top of these things throughout his run as DIRECTOR of the show.
Make sense?
Edit:
I just had a thought that will probably open up a whole brand new can 'o WORMS...
We know for a fact that Shego can't stand her brothers for more than a few minutes at a time. She also left Team Go because she 'turned evil' and didn't want to be a "Goodie-goodie" any more.
SOOOO...
If she was so adamant about separating herself from the TEAM, WHY did she keep the "Team Go" UNIFORM???
We've seen her taste in fashion here and there throughout the run of all 4 seasons, so why did she not come up with something different to wear that wouldn't visually LINK her to the family of super heroes?
Was there something mentally holding her back from creating her own outfit, even if it still WAS her basic green and black she loved so much?
I hear plot bunnies screeching, pleading for something to be written about this sitch!
What do YOU guys think about this question?

I've seen this debate once made in the KP Slash Haven. Just for the fun of it, one of your members wrote a cookie about it for his Rongo fanfic, stating several possibilities for Shego to keep her catsuit after leaving Team Go. I think one of them was she wanting to screw them up, another because it was her who came up with the suits' style to begin with (Hego would have made them wear capes), and another that she felt that the suit was overall useful (Plasma resistant and all), so there's some.

If not a spinoff, then at least some more episodes, that tell us more about Team Go. But I doubt it

Perhaps she did not want to give up on her favorite design. And lets face it, Shego makes the outfit look GOOD! ;D

I devised a breakdown of ages and dates for a "Shego backstory" fic I'm writing.
The story takes place in my "OLS" universe, in terms of timeline (that is, I place Kim's freshman year in 2002-03, her senior year in 05-06, and the events of "OLS" take place in April 2007, her freshman year in college).
Shego was born in born 1976, and was 10 in 1986, when the comet slammed into the treehouse.
Hego is four years older than Shego, making him 14, and Mego is 2 years older than Shego, making him 12.
The twins were both 2.
Shego was 20 in 1996, when she left home; I use "20" because I assume she had a pilot's license before she split, and you need to be 18 to fly jets.
She joined Drakken in 2002, after six eventful years of mercenary work.
What brought about Shego's gradual change in attitude in S4 was that, somewhere in Kim's senior year, Shego walked headlong into 30 (1976 + 30 = 2006).
I suppose that must've been something of a shock - in your 20's, you're young; you're hot; you're material.
Thirty... is, like..... old.
Perhaps Shego did some reconsidering... While she wasn't going to give up her devil-may-cry life anytime soon, maybe seeing a zero that *wasn't* beside a "1" or a "2" forced her to realize that life doesn't spool out forever.....

I hear plot bunnies screeching, pleading for something to be written about this sitch! What do YOU guys think about this question? Ninnik addressed it in this chapter of "The Uncanny Valley". Shego hadn’t donned the dreaded suit since she’d quit being a hero, not wanting to be associated with Team Go anymore, but there were some advantages to the suit that she’d missed— the durability of the fabric, the convenient pouch, the gloves that could withstand her plasma and of course how well the colors suited her and how well it showed off her figure— and she figured she was ready to wear it again. She’d studied Psychology, but she didn’t need her degree to know that if she wasn’t able to wear the outfit, it wouldn’t exactly send out a signal that she’d gotten over her past as a hero. It would make it look, in fact, as if the complete opposite was the case. It was what she did that made her evil, she’d decided, not what she wore. Besides, it would be satisfying to possibly even sully the good name of Team Go by committing crimes in this suit.
