Well, when he's being all patriotic or militaristic, I think of "Stars and Stripes Forever" by Sousa.
(It's a patriotic march - part of it is the basis for the jingle "Be Kind to Your Fine-Feathered Friends")

Judging by how psychotic and weird he gets when subjected to stressful/dangerous situations, I'm thinking something like Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid' or Pink Floyd's 'Brain Damage' might be pretty fitting.

I'm working on a vid now that shows Barkin singing "Stars," from Les Mis. It's Javert singing about how he'll never giving up hunting for the "fugitive."
