It's just some random actress.
Mrs Leon would be too wealthy to work on tv. And she's probably older then this woman pictured here.

She's must be Camille's mother... ;D In a weird way, yes. And no. Here's my explanation: Judging by her hair/highlights that outline hair, if you look really closely, you might say she looks old. That's what caught my eye in the first place. But how she speaks, and how she looks from afar, you can tell she really isn't that old. I think she's Camille's sister. ;D

How do you know she's that random? 1. She has no name. 2. We never see her again. 3. Dimension Twist was a poorly thought out episode. 4. They were creating lots of "one-off" new characters for this episode, who they would never use again. Basically, they were ripping off every popular show for the gags. So they were just creating characters in parodies of characters on tv. For example, this is a parody of Phoebe Buffet from friends. I would have expected that they'd have stayed away from "Evil Eye". I doubt children would know what those guys are, but to me, it's fairly clear. Surely you can't put those people in kids' tv? I'd prefer to say what I think those guys are directly, but it is over 18 rated and against forum policy.

Those are beauty marks. Seems it is difficult to draw an attractive woman nowadays WITHOUT them having one (then again, Marilyn Monroe and Cindy Crawford had/have them)
They aren't moles or birthmarks since even the robotic Bebebots have them.
