I don't think her bare shoulders would have made it, something about strap width. The rest of the outfit I'd chalk up to cartoonish exaggeration.
As you may recall reading from one of the people who worked on KP (or being there), when KP's designs were made bare midriff and capris was very much in style for highschoolers.

I was able to wear thin-strapped tanks in high school, heck you could have your bra strap showing. only that's tacky and shows you that she doesn't know how and when to wear the right bra with the right outfit Anyway, I agree and also said myself: Bonnie's outfit is just an exaggeration to get across what type of girl she is. & School uniforms are cute :0

Yeah, Bonnie's a word that I'm not gonna say cuz it's 6:30 in the morning. That's the complete reason why I hate her as much as I do. That and she represents all the people who ever picked on me or treated me bad ever. But, that's beside the point. Look at Vivien Porter. Okay, if you were a scientist you wouldn't be dressing the way she was dressing.

i mean, if you have the body... it doesn't really bother me... but if you don't...

Oh MAN tell me about it. theres this girl at school who dresses like a total tramp, because she is part of the "pretty girl" clique (we call them plastics) but she isnt pretty and does not have the body to dress the way they do. that time she wore a short skirt, and the fat rolled over it, practically covered the whole skirt
wasnt good.
Its not that hard to dress to suit your figure people.
( i sound like such a b*tch!!)
