If you're gonna wear thin strapped tanks, at least wear a strapless bra. Exactly, thank-you. if i was a lonely scientist man, i wouldn't mind her dressing like that... You know, in all honestly, I totally read that as "if i was a lonely scientist man, i wouldn't mind dressing like that...". D: I'll wear thin strapped tanks with sports bras underneath at home where no one can see me, haha. I've had moments like that. I love misreading.

Vivien is kinda pretty.

At My HS, she'd be reprimanded, and probably forced to call someone to bring clothes in.
Our rule was no skirt shorter than your fingertips (most girls walked with their fingers curled, although they were still short), but that wasn't enforced unless it was basically underwear. Tops, had to have at least three fingers of material over the shoulders(supposedly no bare shoulders were allowed, but that was never enforced either.)

most people laughed at the dresscode. Same at ours most of the time, there were a couple "prudes" (teachers that taught my dad when he went to school there) that were strict to an extreme that would make the library lady proud.

the dress code at my school extened to even the guys. we weren't allow to wear anything that was shorter then two inches above your knees. no tank tops, and no skin was to be seen at all. Nothing mesh or with holes in it. shirts had to have sleves. pants and shorts had to be worn around your waist. no offensive or illegal images where to be on the shirts. I wasn't allowed to wear my wrestling shirts or my shirt that says KOOL it fits on it. if they found you to be out of the code they gave you two choices, go home for the day or wear something from the lost and found. and these rules also applied to our cheerleaders outfits.
