I love your cat.
I tried to get my dachshund to watch KP with me but he just didn't feel like it.
I've always thought that Ron might be afraid of cats... Hehe.
Love that cat.

I find it interesting that cats are the only ones who's eyes glow like that (of house pets, I mean) when in a picture.. dogs don't do that...

That is cute and cats eye's glow more because they have more light reflecting crystals in their retinas compared to most other pets

Aww, that's so cool! Share the KP love ;D I wonder if Ron inherited any of his dad's allergies? I know I'm allergic to cats, slightly Yeah, I've always been freaked about the glowy of the cat eyes Oooh, we talked about this in Biology! I think the glow in the photo is pretty much the same reason why humans get red eye, except it's a different colour because of the tapetum lucidum behind their retina. It's like a mirror that helps reflect light back onto the eye, and is used in poor light conditions to improve night vision (cats are typically nocturnal). As for the dog, dogs also possess this in their eyes, leading to variations of the "red eye" (in this case, it's blue). In the dark, the same thing happens, resulting in their glowy eyes

Ron is, of course, scared of the cat because said feline has been possessed by a Goa'uld. "So, this is the Shol'va, Teal'c. Excellent. I have been in need of a scratching post..."

It's a reference to the tv show version of Stargate. My mother loves that show. Bad guys have glowing eyes.
