Dude, your English is perfect. But just say the boxsets being sold are illegal and not made by Disney.

"Please Include a detailed description of the people involved, the hours and days the sales are occurring, sale price and any other potentially useful information" is what keeps me away from it.

That set comes in three separate cases. The episodes were obtained of TV as the bottom of the screen shows announcements. The menu page is decorated with art work from Lionheart cartoon. When you look at the covers they look like Disney cases until you look for the UPC sticker which is not there. They even have the opening sequence for Disney DVDs. The quality is ok but not great.

haha, bootleggers. They're just the new age thief's, harder to catch. I could care less, id rather be hunting down a murderer than hunting down a 40 year old dude bootlegging movies.

Gawd, that's terrible. Richard's art is in the menu screen?! My gawd, that's really bad. How do you know so much about it anyway? Friend buy it?

Reporting him won't work. He'll just keep doing this over and over again ...
We Must have him arrested by the Authorities!

This sort of thing on eBay surprises me, because the staff at eBay are a bunch of Nazis when it comes to stuff like this. A few weeks ago I put up a listing where I said that I'd accept Paypal, money order, and well concealed cash, and they pulled my listing on the same day that I put it up. Apparently accepting "well concealed cash" in an auction violates their ToS. It's not even like it was in big, bold letters either. The phrase was buried in the description somewhere.
The most eBay'll probably do about this is pull the listing, maybe suspend the account. But I doubt they're pressing charges, because that's Disney's repsonsibility. A big multinational like that has a team of lawyers that are always hungry for a lawsuit...show the listing to the right people at Disney, I'm sure you'll be able to start something.

I mean, how in the heck can he just keep doing this and get away with it? Shouldn't the authorities already ran a trace on his IP address or called eBay to get a release on his location? Why isn't anyone doing anything about this?

I'm telling you guys. Find a way to show it to Disney's legal department, and they'll be more than happy to take the bootleggers down. There are people who work at these multinationals whose only responsibility is to track down copyright infringements like this, and I'm pretty sure Disney would be concerned over anything that cuts into its profit margin.

Or we could just track down his IP Address whatever-ish, Locate him and find out where he lives, Bang down his door, Raid through his house .. and fridge.
And make him "pay"!!
