I'm pretty sure CCR's and Will's voices have matured to the point where they won't change for quite a long time.
As for another new season--I'm concerned that Disney will nix the idea because they likely want to keep the show targeted towards mostly 12-17 year olds, who wouldn't relate as well to main characters in college--there's a whole different atmosphere and set of problems. Was Saved by the Bell: the College Years a huge success? If not, we might have to do some serious thinking ahead about what Disney will realistically accept.
One way around this would be to create a spin-off. Or, a "spin-off within the show." In other words, the show's name wouldn't change, but the spotlight would focus more on a new generation of younger characters, who get the "world saving" mantle passed down to them by Kim and Ron. I think we've been seeing some movement in that direction already, what with the sudden enlarging of the Tweebs' roles in S4. So, maybe Season 5 would really be a show about the new kids in Middleton High, with Kim and Ron stopping by on occasion to lend support?

Halfway through that show, the old rangers gave up their powers to a buncha new kids and... that's when the franchise lost it's flavor. I would still watch the show, only because I am a KP fan, but if Kim and Ron are not the main characters, then it just... wouldn't be KP. I'd walk away.

Saturday Night Live has had some brilliant people and a lot of great shows over the years, but it was never again like it was when they had the original cast. I'm stumped then, on how to keep the same characters, have them go to college, and still retain a high school audience's attention.

As far as I'm concerned, if the audience doesn't like that the characters are in college, then they weren't fans to begin with. If Kim went to college, I would gladly watch her.
Of course, I'm a college-aged fan.

I still miss my college days. I don't like the real world! *goes into corner to panic*
There are just so many funny (and Disney-clean) things you can do with college.

As I said on MKP, I'm sure the US Department of Defence would pull out all the stops to keep Kim in the United States. Like, oh, a full scholarship for her and Ron at the college of her choice, anywhere in the US. I'd totally love to see the US Department of Defense being like that. That would be so cool. I'm glad most people like that little plot device. And, I will gladly sign away any rights to the idea if Bob and Mark want it. Yeah you can... I want to see a college years KP. I want it. Same here.

I'm still in my college days . . . and I'm turning 30 in 2 months, yikes.
Let's just hope KP: The College Years (hey, isn't that TM'ed from someone?) doesn't have the same thing happen with their actors. Ron dancing with the stars, Kim and Shego . . . that's better left unsaid (you don't wanna know what I was thinking comparing the later 'careers' of Tiffani Amber Thiessen and Elizabeth Berkley). Yikes.

Changing the voices actors is horrible for tv shows -- imagine if homer simpson change voices the show wouldn't be the same
And if anyone watched Dragonball Z you remember how horrible it was when the main character goku magically changed voices mid-fight
I don't think I could stand Kim & Ron not having the same voices

I think it was Will that wrote "The College Years"?

If there is a Season 5 with the college years, it would be absolutely critical to keep CCR and Will as the voices for Kim and Ron. I'm sure we might see Monique pop in once in a while, and then have the Possibles and family show up if they do episodes where Kim and Ron come home for a weekend or for winter / spring breaks, or at the very least winter break and have the two go off on spring break together.
Other than having either Mr. Dr. P or Mrs. Dr. P and Monique pop in every once in a while, Season 5 could easily be done with just Kim and Ron and then a new set of voice actors. I mean, think about it, unless some of the girls from cheerleading, or Felix or Yuri, get into the same schools that Kim and Ron get into, there isn't much room for character interaction. Besides, Kim and Ron will meet new people in college, it is just part of the college experience.
As far as the villians, I will make the assumption that the Monkey Fist story arc will be finished by "Oh No Yono!" so that eliminates that problem. TPTB have already said that DNAmy plays virtually no role in Season 4 (other than that one cameo appearance in "Grande Size Me," so I don't see any reason why we should see more of her.
Now that leaves us Dementor, Duff Kiligan, SSS and SSJ, and Drakken and Shego, I'm not sure. I could easily see Drakken and Shego still being there, or even Shego finally ditching Drakken to either go solo or team up with a new character that has a bit more intelligence and ability than Drakken (No offense meant to the Drakken fans there). Shego herself as a character has a lot of room to grow, as we have seen in ASiT.
Drakken, well, he'll remain Drakken, which means we know that he'll always foul up somehow or come up with some half-baked idea that will usually cause him to fall flat on his face, whether Kim is there to save the day or not. I do remember someone saying that Drakken will higher a consulting agency to streamline things and get things moving, so I dunno. If they work that story arc a bit more, I can possibly see Shego working with Drakken. Otherwise, Shego could possibly team up with a new character, leaving Drakken behind.
Typically whenever Drakken and Shego are either in jail or stealing stuff for their next big plot, TPTB fall onto Dementor, Duff Kiligan, SSS and SSJ for a bit of variety. We know that SSJ is more comic relief than anything else, so I will temporarily skip over him. Depending on where Kim and Ron go to college (whether it be in Europe or Asia) might determine if we see more of Dementor, Duff, and SSS/SSJ.
One could easily argue that they will just get rides as they always do around the planet, and this is very true, but Kim and Ron might have to rely a bit more on Global Justice for help in that area, since colleges are much stricter on rules and deadlines, regardless of who you are. Besides, between dating, college homework and tests , finding time for extracurricular activities, assuming Ron lands a spot on the football team somewhere, all while still trying to save the world, they will have their hands full.
At the end of their college years, I could see Dr. Director applauding KP and Ron and at a retirement party or something for Dr. Director, announcing Kim as the new director of Global Justice. Obviously it wouldn't be Kim if she landed a desk job, so we might see a last episode of Kim and Ron fighting along side Dr. Director, and Kim giving a line of "You know I'm not going to just sit behind a desk for the next fourty years..." to Dr. Director. That might be a good way to truly end the series.

I think it was Will that wrote "The College Years"? Heh... I remember that... t'was a long time ago. Then the name changed when I started getting serious about the plot, and yet here I am, years later still working on the sequel. Bleh... I can't even read the original anymore without flinching. The next chapter will lead to my redemption. I know it. *note serious face* Sorry bout the OT-ness --- And about the whole demographics thing... some of us have been fans when we were on the edge of the range for the show, and are reaching the age where the challenges of college life are becoming reality. KP has grown with us this far, why not farther? Disney shouldn't expect a 5-year old show to keep the same age group it did when it started (especially when the characters are acually aging themselves), but apparently they do... I gotta say though, the crew has done an excellent job at keeping S4 appealing to the new age group (eg. the older fanbase) while keeping it 'kid-safe' for the old age group (eg. the younger fanbase). If S5 comes to be, I'm not sure if that will still hold true.

Hey, I'm part of the "high school" audience, and trust me- Kim in college would probably BOOST ratings... I mean, what's the competing network's most popular show aimed at teens? FRESH PRINCE on Nick at Night! More of my friends watch that than anything else on Nick OR Disney, and it's main character's in college. It's not the age of characters that matters, it's the QUALITY of writing.

If we get a season five, I would start fighting for a movie. College is SO MUCH more exciting than high school, the dramas and adventures and even personalieites are all amped up...it'll be SO cool to have a KP in college. I mean, it doesn't matter where they go, and even if in different countries, that change will add another angle to the show, perhaps one we could've never imagined while she was in High school. Heck, college has its own four to five years of Kim Possible. That could be another three seasons automatically in the bag! Personally, I LOVE the idea!
