Well first of all this is the best news I've heard today, cause it just means we've gotten to Disney big time with our FIGHT FOR FIVE. But I knew it was just a matter of time until we broke through Disney's berlin style wall. We've been chipping away at it for almost a year now and finally we've chipped enough away to get at Disney executives to finally listen to all of us Kim Possible fans worldwide. You see I believe wholeheartedly Disney has a plan and they've been running it the whole time. You just have to be able to read and see their plan. It's like a game of chess and we the fans are playing a game of chess with Disney. Each move must be carefully studied, before you make a move. I feel Disney is taking a play book out of FOX's "Family Guy" situation to see just how popular Kim Possible is worldwide. There starting with the nacospeak country because of the huge KP fan base that's suppose to be there and because of Super RTL which again is part owned by The Walt Disney Company. We need to make sure that the DVD boxsets of Season One be a huge hit in the nacospeak country. As there going to test drive the DVD's there first. What happens in the nacospeak country will impact KP fans worldwide, especially when it comes to a Season Five and getting an American release of the DVD boxsets. Anyone who speaks nacospeak, we need your help to make sure the DVD's boxsets sell big time in nacospeak country. As I'm sure Disney isn't going to put much effort into marketing it down there. And please check out this nacospeak website, as it could be the key to making sure those DVD's fly right off the shelves in stores when they get there. www.ron-stoppable.de/

I'm literally shivering with excitement. Or maybe it's the fact that it's 1.40am in the morning and the heating is off. Hah, sounds like over here... I might get this Ger man version if its not too costly. Would give a boost to the sales too. Um... it is possible to play region 2 on computer DVD-Roms? Not just by putting it in the drive... Nabu gave me a link to a program once but it didn't work for me, and the only alternative that I could find that worked was a 30 day trial for commercial software. In the end I just bought a multi-region dvd player for my tv, after all anime is cheaper over there in the US ;D As I'm sure Disney isn't going to put much effort into marketing it down there. I thought I'd heard about big KP events/advertising over there in the past since it's so popular.

I play Region 1 DVDs on my Region 2 DVD Rom using a free light easy-to-use program called DVD43. I used it to play my American KP DVDs, and it's never let me down.
And I think the extras on the 3-disc boxset are gonna consist of stuff from the past DVDs. Two of the music videos we've already seen, and I think one of the games is the villain's house party - also from a previous DVD.
I don't care if they re-use stuff. I'm just glad it's happening. And if there aren't any delays, I'll hopefully get to hold the boxset in as little as two months time! March is gonna be an awesome month. I just hope the cover art is preliminary.

Um... it is possible to play region 2 on computer DVD-Roms? It depends... Typically, a PC DVD Rom drive is sent from the manufacturer without a region code assigned to it. Once you put a DVD in, the drive locks itself into that DVD's region. Some brands allow you to change it later (which is as simple as putting a different region DVD in the drive and clicking "accept" on a dialog box), but they will usually put a limit on how many times you can do it (about 5). Of course there are alternatives, like buying a "region free" DVD player/drive... among other modifications you can do to an existing drive that are best not to be talked about. Or just buy a cheap drive, lock it into region 2, and have it dedicated to the KP collection.

Sometimes I hate living in the U.S. Maybe I could buy the season on DVD from Ger many... Um... it is possible to play region 2 on computer DVD-Roms? ABL, simple you can buy it and use a program called DVD Decrypter (I have it but its illegal in the US I think ). Basically your drive can see any region disk, but it will only play a certain region (5 times is the limit to changing this region ability). Basically this program will rip the disk to your computer with region free encoding (no matter what the drive's region is) so you can copy it and play it and whatever I use it all the time to copy copyrighted disks to my electronic DVD library

I have a portable region free player I bought for $99. to play my DVD’s , this looks good for all of us who fought hard to get this. I will pre order as soon as it is listed and maybe get an extra copy for a friend, also not buy the Dance Dance game for PS2 to keep up sales.

Hurry up and list this already, Amazon! I wanna pre-order! You can pre-order the dvds at www.temeon.de (the 4th link) Produktsuche (search) -> kim possible staffel -> Mehr Details -> ... (Versandkosten = forwarding charges ; Versandkostenfrei = free of forwarding costs) Well ... I think amazon.de will be cheaper. DVDs + forwarding charges (US) = around 90 USD DVDs + fordwarding charges (GB) = around 35 GBP

:oThose are great news but something is worrying me, they say that boxet is only about the first season, it says something like Originaltitel: Kim Possible - Season 1. They say something about the other seasons in that webpage? I regret I didn´t learn more G.erman at school, I got only a basic level.

Nice, going to buy them even though I'm not such a big fan anymore. Kind of surprising that they even release boxsets...and then in Germany first?

Wow, yet another reason to love G.ermany. This isn't the first time they call dibs on something that I really, really want on DVD. I'm definitely bying this, both to support sales and to practise my G.erman.

I'm not too fussed about it, 'cause I already have the first three seasons in DVD quality minus logos, commercials and cuts. I'll probably be uber excited about the fourth season boxset, even though that's probably a year or two away. And there's NO WAY I'm ordering from anywhere other than amazon.de. Some random German sites could rip you off, Amazon is a worldwide brand.

Wonder if there's any chance of a blu ray version sometime if these do well. Will mentioned that they're not in widescreen, which isn't the end of the world, but it would be more of a reason to buy the whole set... and I'm sure for some people here a reason to buy it even after buying these versions.

I'm sure Disney'll do a 10th Anniversary Blu-ray release in 2012. They're fond of those.
