Wow...I haven't checked my ''ask-me''-thread in a while. Sorry! And thank you so much for the questions! I owe you a drawing each now.^^ If you could have been raised by a family of any wild animal when you were little, what animal would you choose? Any feline or any mustelid. Because of the beauty, flexibility, strength and agility of these animals. Oh yes!!!! A sweet, sugary treat. I want cupcakes with frosting now.... you shall put nemo in your username! WHATS UP? Hmmm been thinking of it...wait a sec....there! Done. But just for a short time. As for ''what's up''....nothing. Figuring out what to draw next. More Monty, I guess. I need to update my and Sarah's thread. Oh! And eating biscuits.

Have you given anymore thought to the drawing you're doing for me?
Also do you have any sketches to send me over our next chat session?

No good idea yet, but I'll think hard to come up with something this weekend. I do have an idea for a gift picture to all the MF fangirls though: You, Sarah T. and me. But YOU come first!
I haven't even finished the sketches! *Starts drawing like crazy*. Have in mind that I'm terrible at drawing myself, so don't expect the sketches to be any good.
I promise I'll have the sketches ready within the next three-four days or so.

Do you just have the one roommate?

Post by SpicyWeasel on Nov 5, 2007 16:14:22 GMT -5
Yes. First, my first roommate moved out because she had befriended some other girls from her own class, ''Adventura Egypt''. Not that I suck! No no! We would't fit anyway. Then I was left alone with myself.
Then, a girl from my class got in trouble with her roommate, and moved out. I felt so bad for her, and said she could move in with me, if necessary (no one should have to sleep in the corridors...I was like: girl- you need a homeroom!). She's really nice, an all-round great friend and quiet. As long as she's with me, she doesn't need to worry about anything, and is free to do just what she wants. I feel really safe and comfortable, too.
End of story.

That's great that you two get along. Is she younger than you? I only ask because your response had some maternal feel to it. Much like what i do with my friends in their time of need.

Did you love any other cartooncharacter before Monty? If; who was it?Oh yes. I don't know if you've ever heard of or watched the show ' Ed, Edd n' Eddy' (created by Danny Antonucci, his studio A.K.A. Cartoon Inc., for Cartoon Network). The loosy (I'd say it's dough-like), bizarre style has influenced my own the most, and it has taught me to push and pull, and not to think too realistic all the time. The most extreme movements are totally physically impossible. However, it has do be done right (so it feels natural for the character(s) and the situation I guess). And the cartoon really loves to use the ''squash and stretch'' technique, which also fits the show's style of drawing. I've been practicing the 'Ed, Edd n' Eddy's' style since 2004, and started drawing Monty on March 2007 (this year). I WAS a big Edd fangirl back in 2004-2005, but Double D has WAY many fangirls, so I decided to like them all. I'm not a fangirl of this show anymore, but I still love it for its style, characters and artistic reasons. It is much to say about this special, very original show. In short, I like it for ALL possible reasons for liking a show and its characters. It's traditional, and sticks to the oldies cartoons. It's loosy. It's bizarre. It's crazy. It's super expressive, and many of the movements are physically impossible, it's almost surreal. It's funny, creative, artistic and inspiring. And yet....the characters, their antics and their personalities feels oddly real and heartwarming. How the three main characters interact with eachother, and stick together no matter what. How they interact with the other kids. And....I know there's so much more to say, but that would be TOO much. Text from my ''Character Lust''-thread! Go here to see the full list: ronstoppable.proboards89.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1184352878&page=1For how long have you been drawing?I have been drawing since I was born and able to hold a pencil. My father's artistic abilities seem to have affected me very much, like I've inherited something from him. And... can you please make a drawing for me?Yes, I can squeeze you in among my other things to do on my list. Just tell me what you want.
