Actually that Dude is a Girl.  It's what happens in the later Metal Slug Games when the player picks up too many items at the same time, the player grows fat and the game narrator goes "Whoa! BIG!". Rather funny actually. Though not as cool as turning into a zombie and attacking enemies with blood puke. |
