He's Hugo, from Street Fighter III and SNK Vs. Capcom.  When it comes to fighting games, I usually pick the quick characters, but Hugo is one of the exceptions. And his story in the Street Fighter III series is one of the more oddest and comical ones, he's basically searching for a worthy Tag Team Partner (the woman with him is his manager) and he actually ends up recruiting some of the SFIII characters in his ending for third strike. And plus he has a Nacospeak Accent that just reeks of awesomeness. |

I haven't really been in the mood to do any youtube poops, that and combined with the fact that I've been having trouble getting the footage just makes me want to forget about it.
