I'll try. I might catch some sleep after talking to you and try to wake up around 3:30. I have a sleeping problem, I cant sleep for more than 3 hours, so I usually sleep then stay up for awhile and then try again. Thats why you'll see that my post are around the clock. I'll post here at 2 then 5 and all through the day because I hardly sleep.

You can't sleep for more than 3 hours? Poor you... It's not good. Do you know why you can't sleep more than that?

My asthma is a part of it. When I sleep, sometimes I stop breathing so my body wakes itself up so I can get air. Thats one of the reasons I'm not allowed to take sleeping tablets anymore.

Thanks but I'm actually used to it. You can get a lot more stuff done when you only sleep like 3 to 4 hours a day. When I first started here we had a Save KP Weekend, a whole weekend of emailing, and I was up then for 54 hours before I eventually fell asleep.

I'm used to working day and night jobs at the same time so I dont tire out easy.

I understand. I had to stay up a whole night last year. I could hardly manage to stay awake. It was a test, and had to do with the epilepsy. So I was not allowed to sleep, not to drink tea or coffee. While the others had their beauty sleep, I was up and watched movies, played games on the computer, and tried to make the time going faster. After beeing on the hospital, I was sleeping for 8 hours (daytime). But I hope I don't have to have a test like that again.

Its hard when you're not used to it. Sometimes I dont realise how tired I am and I actually pass out. It happened at work a month or two ago and I hit my head on the bar, need stitches after that.

Ouch. But when you feel you start getting tired, or even if you don't feel tired at all, it is wise to sleep or relax regularly.

Yeah, usually when I get home from work I'm so full of adrenaline that I cant sleep so I go for a swim and relax in the pool, sometimes long enough to watch the sunrise.
