Good, my fanfic entry got through. I was afraid it got lost somewhere. xD And yes, I agree with Darth_Comrade... many of the fanfic entries are pretty sweet... I think it'll be a good contest in terms of choosing the winner.

Well, it's hard to take time out to read a story - reading something properly takes time and not everyone's got tons of it to spare. Even if you've GOT it, you haven't got it to spare, know what I mean? On the other hand, all it takes is a few seconds to look at a drawing.... I was pretty sure it was from SOME video game, but having never played any of the final fantasy games, I couldn't make the guess. The drawing seems vibrant, colorful and there are no glaring flaws in it. Very nice. I don't watch the Office, so that one kind of blew past me as well. I'm sure it's got insider humor tucked into the drawings somewhere, but I couldn't see it. The colors and perspective look good, but I'd have to leave it to viewers of the show to say whether the KP style characters resemble the series counterparts. Nice touch putting the giant bead of anime sweat on Jake Long's face I always wondered - how come no characters ever say 'Aaaah! You've got a giant bead of sweat on your forehead! What are you, some kinda freak??' The Lilo Stitch one looks like it was made with colored pencils, or a really good photoshop filter that simulates pencils. If it's actual pencil, that shows it took lots of effort. Lilo looks cute Naronto looks very colorful, though it's true anime isn't everyone's cup of tea. Some like DBZ just drag on and on.... I was surprised there were not MORE art entries - or were there more and they're just not posted yet? The Cocoa-Moo contest had 12 drawings at least. Of course, this contest splits effort between text, art and video, so there may be 15 total entries. Will there be a 1st and 2nd place for each category, or just a 1st, 2nd & 3rd for the whole package?

Unfortunately, not many people out there appreciate the art of crossovers. It takes a true visionary to bring together two worlds and forge a story that can captivate minds and inspire! So much can be done- all the material, all the possibilities... it's a beautiful thing.

So much can be done- all the material, all the possibilities... it's a beautiful thing. I tend to thrive on crossovers. I know I've had a couple KP fics in the works alone, and I'm "labor intensive" on one for two complete separate series. Not to mention fanart to boot.... I'm always pondering "what if" when it comes to converging fave show concepts I got to looking at the artworks and like 'em for the most part, although I'm not a big fan of Naruto. That one of the DP crossover---I remember the ghost from that show and pondered on the very same lines of how similar she was to Shego ;D Lilo was cute, as was the Jake Long one. I don't watch the Office, so if there's an inside joke relating only to that in the pic, I don't really see it because of that. I got to starting on reading one of the fics, but I was interrupted before I could finish ad the internet was down pretty much since then. I'll get to polishing those off sometime soon hopefully. So far so good though Just awaiting on the vids I guess ~Mara

OK, I know its been a long wait, but there are lots of real good reasons for it. Now, not everything is done yet... I'm still workin on the videos... but so far we got six sweet fanarts and six cool stories for ya'll to check out. Keep in mind, everything is how I got it--so don't go blaming me for spelling errors. The days of people blaming me for other peoples spelling errors are over. I gots enough of my own to worry about. I did pull out a couple names to keep it all secret, but I'm guessing ya can figure a lot of it out. I mean who but Darth Comrade would write a story about Ghost Busters? Anyway--dig it: www.ronstoppable.net/crossover/LOL, I remember entry 4. ;D

K--- I know, the voting should be up, the videos should be up, I've been sayin its all coming. And its not here. My bad. Some people might even say the whole things been done in an execrable manner. I wouldn't, cause I don't know what that means, but the point is hold on a little bit longer... its coming.
