Snail Mail means the old fashion way.Write letters and put in envelopes and send them to Disney,my good man That type of mail though does usually have a larger impact on the party receiving it. It takes more initiative and time to write an actual letter than it does to make and send an e-mail.

Land mail, I believe, will have a much larger impact on Disney's decision making. It might cost a little money for postage, but it's a small price to pay for how effective it can become. *cough* Yeah, you could almost think of it like this, the more time and money you put into contacting Disney, the more time they'll spend listening. Sending an email takes a few seconds and is free, which is why most would probably get deleted before even being read. However, writing out a letter and sending it through the postal system takes more time and money, which means the recipient almost always feels obligated to spend time reading it.

So for snail mail, do we hand-write the letters, or type them up, print them out, and mail them in?

I'd say whatever you prefer, if your handwriting is legible. If you're like me, where you can't read your own handwriting just seconds after you've written it, it'd probably be best to type it. That, and usually a typed letter is more formal, and these are buisnessmen (and women) we're working with here.

Yeah, you could almost think of it like this, the more time and money you put into contacting Disney, the more time they'll spend listening. Exactly. That's why I try to mention sending postal mail, sending faxes, and making phone calls in just about every announcement I make. Sending a snail mail...I need alot of stamp for that... Air mail to Malaysia's less than a dollar per letter, I imagine it would be comparable the reverse direction. I've gotten paper petitions from parts of Europe and Australia before. So for snail mail, do we hand-write the letters, or type them up, print them out, and mail them in? Either way is fine. I type up almost everything semi-formal or higher, so all my letters are typed, and I ink jet-print the addresses on the envelopes as well. Here's a picture of myself with the Save Phil Email Petition for Save Phil Day 13. Just to give an idea of the amount of mail I send per event.

Should we come up with a thread for posting our letters so that we can either use them as examples or peer-review them to make them better and more focused?

The letter writing is part of the season five fight, so I don't think there's a need to start up a new thread. I have a question. How much does it cost to send a letter through DHL? Does your location and the letter's destination effect? P.S. Anitrain, that picture looks so cool! Looks like someone's been doing their homework.

I remember sending a lot of mail back in '05.
I think the family even wondered where all the stamps were going, as well. It was amusing. And then I used a lot of envelopes. I ought to do that again.

Ahhh, Snail Mail is more like it.
I don't really fancy too much on emails ... I'd rather type, print, then go mail something ...
Old school's the best way!

I would say we won by Quantity that made season four born....cause they would just think that we are just a few people who sent about only a hundred letters......not enough. .....but i must say that Anitrain must of gone through alot of hours! Good work.....you mustof been really releived to have done all of that!!

I say it was SDS and the Germans.
I don't think it's fair not to give SDS their props. Anitrain, Adam, Tusconcoyote, everyone at Mission: KP worked HARD.
Everytime I went to church from S T D's airing until the weekend before the renewal news broke, I prayed for season 4. Why that didn't make me a permanent believer is between me and God, but, yeah, we worked hard.
