Good to hear. Definitely good to hear. Way to go, guys.
Those articles certainly get the message across and have, I think, the right voice to them. It's not overly supportive, but it shows the dedication of the fans, and why -they- want to fight for it without comment, which I think is the right way to go in this case, because when the movement -is- commented on it tends to be people calling the members of the FFF insane or at least incredibly unrealistic. The number of emails was a nice touch, and I actually wasn't aware that Disney had refused to comment on the situation... or is that just a way of saying that people who have asked haven't gotten a response? It amounts to the same thing, but Disney 'officially' saying that they don't want to comment feels more like they're decidedly against the movement to me. But maybe they're just sizing it up and trying to remain neutral.
But anyway, even though I'm not an active member of the FFF so much as a sideline supporter who also tends to make fun of the entire situation (in a pseudo-admiring way), I'm happy to see that the media is taking note of the fan movement. I'm not sure how much more of this we can necessarily expect to see, since it ends up being the same story, really, but you know, I could maybe see some opinion pieces directed against Disney and their shift to live action/their tendency to seemingly ignore their fans that make mention of the FFF. There could also be some more opinion pieces calling all members of the movement insane, but you know... Such is life.

Whilst I am against the fight for five, I think that was really cool you guys got some publicity. Congrats, I guess.

I still can't believe it, somebody pinch me. Is this real? This is great work and we can only get stronger as this goes along. 1067 sigs on the petition now, over 46,000 emails sent out in an entire week, and now a little bit of publicity. This is a Beautiful Day for The Fight For Five.
I feel that I must say this: I only recently became a big fan of KP, though I watched it since it began. I thought the show still has some life in it and stumbling across this vast and large community of fans, extremely dedicated, and I felt yeah if I could help a show I enjoy then this would be it. I am surprise how far the FFF has come.

Great news, although I'm not surprised. We've all worked hard and this is just the beginning of our reward. Media exposure, media exposure and media exposure is going to play a huge role in the FFF.

We should most certainly focus our efforts more in this field then, it looks like it will pay off in the end, and probably sooner than if we just emailed Disney itself.

First off, I want to parpharse KP by saying You rock, Elvisjj. We're actually making some headway. Second of all, I want to inform you all in advance that I probably will be out of contact for awhile around December. I'm going to spend the holidays with my father. I'm sure that the FFKP will take the holidays off and get back to in the game next year, right?
