I know I said I'd leave you alone, but the Billy May thing was too funny to miss. Besides, I have a interesting idea. Stop me if it's been voiced before. Fight for Five has obviously allied with other save disney show groups, but what about save fox shows groups? The basic idea is that differnet 'saving' groups could lend quite a hand to each other. Each side only stands to increase membership therefore increased support. The viewer base for each is increased so Disney stands to make more money. At the very least if you back them up, their leadership would be encouraged to support your goals. For example: The Serenity crowd. That's a jem. Get Joss Whedon to say he likes KP; the Buffy fans are into it, the Angel fans are into it, the Firefly fans are into it. .... And I have just learned of a potential test case. It is with great frustration that I reveal that Amazing Spider-Girl comics will be no more after issue #30. I say frustrating because I only read my first issue, #25, 5 days ago AFTER learning of its existance via a thread on this very website. ronstoppable.proboards89.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=15523It should probably be left to the resident Spider-Girl fan, danman007 to explain the stich his beloved comic is in. All I ask of the Kimmunity is some time to hear it out. Hopefully any comic readers around here might take an interest in his cause. PS. If it helps, the character Normie Osborn, former villain turned Spider-girls best friend is a closet Disney fan.

it sounds ok but i dont whant to do that. if we do this i think it will pull the fff of track we need just to stay on our own. if we did allie with gropues i just feel that it would take evan long to win the fff as our aims would be with too may other shows insed of just 1. so i say just keep the fff on its own dont try to allie up with others.

I am on two different wave lengths now I love the idea of allying with other fans to fight for different shows... but then again I absolutely detest the fact that we are allying ADJL, because I seriously hate the show I'm not a great fan of any other shows, but whatever happens my plan is to keep fighting for a Season 5. After that I will leave, unless or until you also decide for a fight to a 6th Season, and I seriously wouldn't put it past us So sorry lads, I am not in...

I'm up for to have allies with the people of WITCH since I'm of a fan of that show too, and to have allies with others outside Disney.

Well alliances are always helpful and when I write to the media I make sure I mention other fan groups as well to try to get the media to really focus on a story about fans fighting to save their shows. I mention Kim Possible the most and I also mention American Dragon, Jericho, Moonlight, Firefly, yup that's mentioned too, and the 4400 and Danny Phantom.

I don't actually know ADJL means....
Ok, feedback seems generally against full blown alliances, making their fight your fight. Even I think a grand overarching alliance would be detrimental to the FFF goals. Are there more subtle options that could be tried though? The opening informal links with other groups?
I'm not suggesting that anyone fight for a show they don't believe in, or that Kim be overshadowed as your priority. Each campaign should remain seperate and people should only support those groups they feel like supporting. What I would suggest is: - The sharing of effective strategies or interesting news. - Support each other. Let each group know they are not alone in fighting for a show they believe in. - Possibly give each other a chance to say why "Serenity should have a sequal" or why "Spidergirl should remain in print" or why "The upcoming Caprica pilot should watched."
They express why they like their shows, you express why you like KP. Some may wish you luck, some may take a greater interest in KP and vice versa. No one is going to give up on their original goal, but over time some of them may start to see Kim as worth saving too. Come to bat for you on occasion.

Mengsk if all the fans of all the shows would just unite under one cause, and put aside there differences and speak as one voice telling the networks and studios NO MORE BUSINESS AS USUAL.
The fans would finally be in control of all their shows and the fans would make the decisions on when a show gets cancelled and not the other way around like it is now where studios and network executives control the fate of a show.

No, absolutly not! That's actually the exact opposite of what you want. Put the viewer in charge and you would only achieve majority rule. I shudder at the thought of 24 hours of The OC & American Idol at the expense of lower rated shows like Battlestar Galactica. The smaller shows would in all likelyhood be in greater danger. That, and popular shows would run until they're stale. Until they're nothing but midday soap-opreas. I don't know how that would affect Kim though. Popularity never seemed to be the issue. .... What I meant was seperate organisations (the key word being seperate) that aren't afraid to stand up and bat for each other on occasions. And just one hour ago I have learned of a potential test case.
