Hows this for an idea, constantly googling Kim Possible!
Why?
Google can actually track what is being looked up and can tell the most popular topics. If I remember correctly the figures are Jesus and God 1st place by far, adult material in second place.
So the idea just struck me, what if there was an instant increase in searches for Kim Possible? What would google make of it? How many searches would need to be run before the story becomes newsworthy?
Downside: To make any impact this would need to be a very constant and long run campaign of Kim Possible searching. And in all likelyhood it would still go unreported.
Best bet would be to design a marco to search Kim Possible in web, images & news every 5 minutes automaticly. Leave and forget. Even then it would take a lot of people in on the deal to make a dent.

Good idea Mengsk. It's nice to hear new ideas for the Fight For Five and yours is a good idea indeed.
We can certainly add to this, on the next Save Kim Possible day which is Friday November 7th, but we might do the whole weekend, we could google Kim Possible from Friday to Sunday and the more the googling of Kim Possible the more counts google would get.

Think more constant. Every chance we have for three months starting next skip day.
AND we need someone to explain how to create macros, because I don't actually know how.
....
In fact, everybody start now in their spare time. Just so there would be a small upsurge in interest. Then, next skip day when we've had time to organise and create macro's we really hit them!
And we keep it up until someone from google goes on the TV news and asks WTF is going on?

Hang on.... We also repeatably visit the Kim Possible page on Disney's website until it's their most popular section! tv.disney.go.com/disneychannel/kimpossible/Pretty much the first item on the list when you google Kim.

And then they come to this board and see this thread and go, "Oh. They're trying to deceive us!"

Oh Serge, you and your monkey wrench throwing...
Also, Google knows what IP Address a search came from. They would wonder why someone is searching for Kim Possible every 5 minutes.

And once again the chief naysayer had her drones come here to offend and attack the FFF, and on a Kim Possible board no less. Go Figure. Anyway, I like the Idea of Googling Kim Possible, and still continue to visit the KP site at Disney every day. Every little bit helps.

Forgive me, Red, I just don't see how googling something can actually save a show. I just think that one's time could be better devoted to something else other than googling... I have a hard time believing that someone would actually look at the stats on Google and say, "Hey, look, Kim Possible's getting a lot of searches on Google! Let's bring her back!" As fortunate as that'd be, it just doesn't seem likely.

Very amusing, I like that movie too. Hey, you know what was so funny about Talladega Nights? That the gay frenchman was better than all the American drivers in every single way.
....
Serge & Nemesis raise some good points there. I must admit both render any 'Google it' campaign pointless; if the goal was tricking Disney into believing there has been an upsurge of interest in KP.
However, I was thinking as a goal - A novel way to badger Disney & prove FFF isn't going away.
Still, this idea is kinda shot down. There must be more inventive method to achieve that goal....

LOL well, the gay frenchman was ALMOST better than Ricky... until he got beaten at the end, of course. :3
But yes, there is almost certainly another, more inventive, method.

If it hadn't been a legit con to the idea, I wouldn't have said anything. I'm sorry telling you an idea isn't going to work to save you from wasting your time is an attack and an offense. Sometimes you just have to see some light. Sometimes we just like to FLOURISH it when presenting it.

Ricky cheated, he had a head start.
....
Whoa, whoa. If anyone should be frustrated at Serge shooting the idea down it should be me. And I'm not. Actually in hindsight the flaw she presented was obvious enough I should have seen it.
Though like I said, it's only a problem if the idea was to hide from Disneys sight. I say advertise!
Invent increasingly novel ways to prove our support for KP and make sure Disney is darn well aware of them. Overwise FFF will just fade from view, or become a minor annoyance to executives every SKP letter writing day.
....
Hmm.... There's an idea. A thousand letters is annoying, though overcome with an automatic response and the mass delete button.
A single letter a day, written by a different person each time, is more likely to be read.
But would take even more organisation, working out scedules and stuff, making sure each letter is original.
