Oh, it's quite alright! I'm just glad you loyaly visit my thread when nobody else will. The few others who have haven't been back. Hey, what are friends for? And if you don't mind advice, I'd say to just go hang out in the General and Kim Possible boards more often, as well as ask at other's Ask threads. You'd be surprised at how many return the favor. That's how I got to know a lot of people here! Ugh, yeah. We're still trying to sell a home. At least gas is back down! -- Would you rather be a butterfly or a moth?

Both. I like heat in spicy food and hot weather and I am known to drink lots of water. I also love the ocean and lakes. Therefore, I feel blessed because I live near the Catawba River.

Now it's cold. I used to kayak in that river until someone broke into my shed and stole my kayak.

Are you kidding? This is the United States! LOL! Not often enough are crooks caught here and when they are, they are given very lenient sentences amounting to a slap on the wrist, then released only to repeat the offense again! We never found out who did it but here is the impressive part: It happened just two weeks after we got our dog. The burglars used a screw driver to pry our shed open, broke it in the process, and diposed the evidence (the broke off screw driver handle) by throwing it in the bushes in our back yard. The next morning, I had the dog outside and she went into the hedges and pulled out the handle. I tried to take it away from her because I thought she was just using it for a toy but she persisted to get it back. She was very intent on hanging on to it. Then I discovered that the shed was pried open and no kayak was inside. Oh! And our dog was just ten months old at the time!

Has your dog helped in those kinds of circumstances again?

Hard to tell. She is primarily a seizure assist dog for my wife but there was a time she started barking viciously at about 1:00 am. Maybe the burglars tried coming back and she scared them off. This all goes to show how smart a dog she is! Comic relief: The thieves forgot to steal the paddle for the kayak, which was also in the shed!

Very seldom. I am a big water drinker and I can hold water almost as efficiently as a camel! One Mexican resturaunt where my wife and I used to frequent knew us well enough to where their servers left me the entire pitcher of water and it would always be empty when we left!

My ability to hold water comes from my bicycling days. I used to be an avid bicyclist. Personal distance record: I rode 100 miles in one day! Last time of air travel-Summer 1996. I flew to Los Angeles from NC. I love air travel but can't afford it anymore. Last vacation was to see my grandmother in Ohio over the Summer.
