EddyBob15, everyone here is entitled to their opinions whether we like it or not. I don't like it, but artfan and YWFE have the right to their opinions as do all those others who don't want a Season Five of Kim Possible.
Mind you it comes at a price for what they think. It simply means that corporations like Disney/Warner Bros/Paramount(Viacom) Columbia/Tri-star(Sony Pictures) and even FOX win again as they always do in the end.
In general it simply means that it weakens the fan bases of all the fans out there fighting to save their shows just that much more. I mean not just the KP fans, but American Dragon fans, Moonlight fans, Jericho fans, Danny Phantom fans, Firefly fans, the 4400 fans and now the Pushing Daisies fans.
If studios and network executives see just how easily fans give up and how easily fan spirits are broken and how all these fans just accept studio and network executives decisions or they see just how fans bicker amongst themselves, it's all to their advantage and that's what they want and that's what they've been getting since the very beginning of television. Cause they know what I know and what a lot of you out there already know. Which is they know that in the end the fans will just give up and accept their decision and move on, just like so many of you already have. Which just goes to show just how well they know the fan base out there and nothing will ever change because of it.
United we stand, divided we fall. And fall we will, if we're not all united, and the corporations will win again like they always do.
the end and the fans just lose out. Cause once you give up fighting for something

Do you really have to make such long posts? Wow.
Oh, and if they (the corporations) are 'winning,' I guess that means that the FAF is winning too.
So, well, I"m content.

Long posts are my specialty you should know that, and I'm sure YFWE that your content, just make sure you never fall in love with a show for too long like let's say American Dragon. Cause without a united fan base alliance, where the fans are united in fighting to make a diference in how there treated and how shows get cancelled. Your favorite show will never come back, but oh well I'm sure your content with that too.

I actually am.
The same with KP, I'm content with the way ADJL ended and I think that a third season might mess it up.
So yes, I'm quite content. It's good to see that you understand!
And you talk about an united fan base alliance. If that's the case, would you not technically need EVERY fan of KP? I guess you're not getting a new season, then, because a percentage of the fanbase is most certainly not a united one.

Your favorite show will never come back, but oh well I'm sure your content with that too. Not that I enjoy speaking for other people, but I'm pretty sure he'd accept that there wasn't going to be any more episodes made and then get on with his day. They're all just tv shows, entertainment made to give us something to do that's separate from the important stuff of real life. It simply means that corporations like Disney/Warner Bros/Paramount(Viacom) Columbia/Tri-star(Sony Pictures) and even FOX win again as they always do in the end. Also, I'm sure your old enough by now to realise that things in life are rarely black or white and usually shades of grey. There is no 'winning' and 'losing', the TV networks aren't plotting for or against the fans. They're just trying to make the most money they can and that's always how its going to be. They are running a business after all. Imagine you ran a fruit stand that sold amongst other things, pineapples. Your supplier charges you more for them since this season wasn't very successful and you decide to stop buying them since not many people buy them anymore and most are content with eating similar fruits or just other foods entirely. There are a few customers though, the loyal fans of pineapple that beg you to sell them again. You'd like to help these people but you can only buy in bulk and you know you wouldn't sell enough to make a profit. You're not trying to 'win' or 'lose' some kind of battle with your customers, you want them to be happy but most of all you want to make a profit for yourself.

This is really a great allegory; I wish more people would understand it as such.

Also, ever hear the saying, "All good things must come to an end?" KP was a good thing, and so it must end.
SO IT WAS WRITTEN, SO IT SHALL BE.

How did this thread escape my notice until today?
Has anyone noticed how many pro-FFF posts boil down to something along the lines of:
"HOW DARE DISNEY ATTEMPT TO INCREASE THEIR PROFIT MARGINS BY GIVING THE CORE DISNEY VIEWERS WHAT THEY WANT TO SEE?! THERE IS A SMALL GROUP OF 45 YEAR OLD MEN WHO WANT MORE KP, DAMMIT!"

Yeah, why do the people have to create more drama? If some people wants to see an S5 or a movie about KP and some doesnt,I quess thats pretty normal as always. Also lets not get too personal down here! So whats the point in breaking down the community we still have?
We still get some new fans to the boards,we still can have good talks about the show and about daily life and we can enjoy for our time down here so lets keep the community together.
Still I see the whole FAF vs FFF quite pointless. FFF have the people who want to get it back and FAF if totally the opposite. I still doesnt understand why an FAF needed an area on the boards as the rest of the fans who doesnt belong to FFF,were happy to the ending anyway and its quite a same for many of the fans what is going to happen at the future.

I have said it before and I will say it again: it does not have to be a FFF v. FAF battle. We can coexist, and whoever ends up getting what they would like from Disney (which in one case would be nothing) can be happy and content. The only drama I see is from posts such as yours that continue to lament how the FAF should not exist. You want to end the drama? Quit complaining that we exist, because we exist, and we are not going anywhere soon.

I really don't see the point in having an FAF. If Disney decides to completely ignore the FFF, then there really is no need for the FAF. Right now, the only purpose of the FAF I see is to make sure that all the hard work of the FFF goes to waste.

The same could be said for you: if, as you say, "Disney decides to completely ignore the FFF," then is there really a point for the FFF?
