Well, once again, the big shots have to go and ruin something that could've been great. I'm sure it's no big surprise that alot of you have heard that there was going to be a Legend Of Spyro movie coming out this year, specifically, over the last weekend. I'm sure many of you were looking forward to it, but when no sign of it came out around the date they said, it was clear that the movie had been pushed back again and it would eventually come out. Well, guess what? It's not coming out at all! That's right! They pulled the plug on the project! They got all our hopes up and for what? Just to yank our chains?! Well, I'm not going to stand for this! Those of you who are just as upset about this revelation and refuse to take it lying down come to this thread. We're not going to let them get away with this one! WHO'S WITH ME?!?

Oh, yeah? You think that's the way it is? Well, check this out! i28.photobucket.com/alb.../spyromovie.jpgThey pulled the plug just because they decided to go another way?! They can't just up and do a thing like that because they feel like! According to this, the plot was finished, so it looks like those jerks just wasted the time those writers put into it. Okay, you may probably think that fighting for KP isn't that good, but this has to be a better cause! No one blows up the dreams of hundreds of fans and gets away with it!

Sadly the link provided doesn't work for me. Their project, their money, yes they can. I'm sure they were well payed for those long nights sitting in front of a typewriter and playing Spyro games to capture the feel of the source material. I doubt they mind too much, and eve if they do, eh. Sorry, but it's time to move on to another project. I'm so glad you can finally admit to there being better causes in the world than a fifth season of Kim Possible. Um... Their project, their money, yes they can.

Sorry to hear about that movie being cancelled. Though, they do have a right to change their mind about their own movie. You could always write them a polite letter asking them to reconsider. Though I doubt it'd change anything.

They were making a Spyro Movie? That's exactly what I was thinking. LoL And Nightspade pretty much said everything I would've, except that if Spyro only has "hundreds" of fans, no wonder they pulled the plug.

Yeah, I sort of expected a crapper of a topic like this from him when I clicked on the title.
As for the 5th season of Kim Possible: agreed. A 5th season isn't going to happen since everyone's moved on, production wise. But, I do want to see Disney actually do something with the franchise within the near/not so near future than just let it rot and die.
Even if the setting has lost its luster, the characters (mainly Kim and Ron) have not, and there's still quite a bit of potential there.
Heck, even if they pulled a DVD movie that, in the end, turned out to be a Naco and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream smoothie induced 'Ron' dream or something, allowing for a plot to be set during any season and without breaking continuity especially if it's written right, would be good: Disney wouldn't have any paranoid fears about 'ZOMG TOO OLD FOR VIEWBASE!' whilst also keeping things a bit fresh and doing something without going a hundred percent off of the wall, e.g., the latest seasons of Supernatural/Lost, and other now majorly 'Nuked the Fridge' shows.

Old favorites? I thought it was a pretty new game, since it's for PS3.
