Doesn't have to be present-day, doesn't have to be American, it just has to something that one or both would have a blast doing. American Idol shows are out, though, as that was done in-series.
The challenge is to think of a good show - ideally, one that is either a little obscure or not too obvious ("Masterchef" for Ron would be obvious) - for any of the characters in the series, good or bad. I'm looking here for something the characters would really enjoy, which is not necessarily the same thing as something they're good at or some trademark characteristic.
If you need any more to go on, this is to explore the personalities and quirks of the characters. Their exceptional gifts we already know and they are mostly explored to death. Besides, characters like to kick back as much as anyone else. Shego didn't stay a top gymnast by being lazy. Since all we see is her in spas, lounging around, or beating up the landscape, she obviously has off-screen hobbies that she enjoys.

Here's a few thoughts to start the ball rolling.
Back in the late 70s, early 80s, there was a show in Britain called "Now Get Out Of That", where two teams were abandoned in the middle of the countryside with nothing more than a map and a clue to get to the next clue. The path was usually obstructed and the teams had to engineer solutions to continue. It was akin to Reality TV in that the teams were constantly monitored, but there was no voting off.
I could see the Tweebs getting involved, but it would need to be made clear to them that building matter transporters when asked to build a bridge is not considered completing the challenge. The main interest to the Tweebs, though, is that winning might help convince Kim - and others - that they are not just "baby brother dorks" but would be capable of being on missions as more than pests. It would also be a chance to be shine in their own right, rather than being overshadowed, and would be a more enjoyable way to make pocket money than mowing the neighbor's lawn.
Shego is a more interesting challenge. Her less-explored aspects (the vanity which goes full-force in A Sitch In Time, and her intellectualism) seem to offer possibilities. Her "good version" (Miss Go) really demonstrates the academic and intellectual side - if you can qualify as a teacher in the course of a day or two, you're no mental slouch. Those aspects will exist in Shego, even if mostly used for evil in the general case.
So what's a really good show to really show off your mind? "The Weakest Link" would be a definite possibility, though Ann Robinson has best be good at ducking. QI might also be good, as she likely would get the obscure questions right, but she has enough of a comedian to deal with in Drakken.

I personally do not see any of the Kim Possible characters competing on The Weakest Link. However, the one show that the Tweebs would be interested in would be A Nickelodeon game show that originally aired from 1987-1989 and that would be....
FINDERS KEEPERS!
I could see the Tweebs competing on Finders Keepers because they love messing things up for Team Possible. Tweebs will be Tweebs. I could also see the Tweebs on another Nickelodeon game show, Double Dare. Jim and Tim could use their superior knowledge to overpower their opponents while outmuscling them in the physical games to end up taking it all home in the DOUBLE DARE OBSTACLE COURSE!
As for Kim and Ron, I see them more as the type of team you'd see on Shop 'Til You Drop or Supermarket Sweep. Kim loves to shop, right? Why not put her and Ron on Shop 'Til You Drop or Supermarket Sweep? Both shows are 2 games in one. Shop 'Til You Drop is A combination of The Price Is Right's pricing games and Legends of the Hidden Temple's Temple Run. Supermarket Sweep is the same show, only difference is that it deals with grocery items instead of items you'd normally find in a shopping mall. I see Kim and Ron doing great on both Shop 'Til You Drop and Supermarket Sweep.

I got another idea. It's another Nickelodeon game show that I think the Tweebs and Wade would do quite well in. It debuted last year and its name is....
BrainSurge
The show where all you need is a great memory to win. The Tweebs and Wade are super geniuses, which means that their brains store a multitude of information. That could also mean that they have the memory of an elephant, which is key on BrainSurge. However, one mistake by either of the Tweebs or Wade could send them down....
THE BRAIN DRAIN!!!!!!! But, I could see either Jim, Tim or Wade winning and getting slimed from head to toe on BrainSurge.
