Hey all you Pokefans, I know you're bound to have already heard about Black and White, but I figured I'd start a thread here about it too. bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Pok%C3%A9mon_Black_and_White_VersionsSo, what is everyone's take on what's been announced so far? I'm loving pretty much everything I've heard about this game from Hiun city to the player character designs to the starters to the mascots. Here are the starters: Yes, I think the water one needs a friend. It won't be me though, I'm going with the grass guy! How could I not pick a starter with such a handsome smirk?! The mascots: Their names are Reshiram and Zekrom respectively and Reshiram (the white one) is the mascot of Black while Zekrom (the black one) is the mascot of White. Definitely seals white version as the one I'm gonna buy. What about you guys?

I can't see the images or link, but it's nice to hear of a new Pokemon game coming. I hope they do something innovative so it doesn't seem just like all the other games. The last Pokemon game I played got me bored about halfway through, because it was so much like all the previous ones. I googled it, and the mascots look pretty cool. I like the white one. I also like the new chinchilla pokemon. It's cute. Looks like it's going to be a long wait before it's out... Spring 2011 right?

lol, I can't see them either now. Guess I'll have to fix that. Yeah Spring 2011 release date. The battle system hasn't been changed too much since Red and Blue other than the physical/special split in gen 4. Don't think they've got anything really big planned to change it in the upcoming games, but I haven't really read everything that's out there yet so I might have missed something.

I just noticed the white one is male. And apparently umm... aroused.

Reshiram, the Hard-On Pokemon. This Pokemon is known for humping everything it comes into contact with. No, seriously, every single Arceusdamned thing. Run now kid.

um will we see these new pokemon on the good old tv shores of north america plus a movie? From what I recall, one of the movies involves Zoroack (who is likely to be this generation's Lucario) and the three Legendary Beasts... but that's all i know of it. As for the starter... I'll Probably take the Fire Pig thing, simply because in the generations I've played (1, 2, 4 and the remakes of 1+2) I've liked the look of the Fire Starter the best (though Totodile, Squirtle and Piplup do come close) that, and for some reason, I seem to find decent Water Pokemon faster than a decent Fire Pokemon. Also I've never really liked the Grass Type starter... save for Bulbasaur. but please, Game Freak... NO MORE FIRE/FIGHTING starter evolutions... we have plenty of those now kthx. Seriously if that happens this time I'm picking the Grass Starter and hoping I find Houndour or some other awesome fire type early in the game. I'm sorry... but despite Water being my favourite Type, I don't like the water type for this generation. Whether it's because it looks like a cross between a snowman and a Mudkip or something else is something only Arceus could comprehend...
