Nice! I don't think I've heard the 2019 album yet. This is a good song.
I saw Sonic today. I didn't see the mid-credits scene with Tails though. Bathroom.
It was a fun movie, though!

You bet you're lucky you had an explanation ready. I had young kids behind me reacting with cheers, I fist pumped, just a great reveal.
Those credits before were great though right? Took me right back to Wreck-It Ralph.
I was dreading a fart joke being used, but I had such a smile on my face near the end when he charged up and started bouncing off Robotnik's machine. That's when it hit me that I was watching a Sonic movie in the theater, and it felt great.

I thought about WIR too with the credits.
Also, a movie that partially takes place in San Fran but utterly IGNORES the Golden Gate.
I have a ton of dislike for Jim Carrey for a variety of reasons (his views on vaccines are unconscionable, his style of comedy) but he was perfect as Robotnik.
But hey, James Marsden! Cyclops!

The Golden Gate Bridge, I KNOW RIGHT?! The friggin' poster even had him chilling on top of the bridge! I'm so baffled.
I liked that he spoke Japanese briefly, had to be a nod to Sonic's home.
When he started rattling off animal statistics I realized, "Oh, he's Evil Ace Ventura."
I went in remembering the Adventures Of Sonic The Hedgehog cartoon and the humor of it. The bar fight scene was perfect for that. POP QUIZ HOTSHOT.

Instead some random skyscraper. I thought it was NYC at first bc fiction only cares about that skyline.
Yeah, most likely!
He really is Evil Ace Ventura. I never saw those movies. (I've never been that into Carrey.)
BAR FIGHT.

Robotnik had a Crush 40 playlist in the dance scene, one of the things I didn't find out till later.
I was hoping to see Jaleel White since he did come back for a Sonic Fan Film years ago. The voice of Grounder was in the movie though apparently, so that's cool.
Maybe if there is a sequel there can be a scene where people from around the world are being interviewed with their opinion on Sonic, they cut to France, and there's Rob Paulsen. (wink wink)

Oh yeah, he was dancing, lol.
Ooh, that is cool.
I hope so. It'd be nice to see a sequel to it.

I was like, why does Tom know that?
I mean, lines about crimes make sense, a bit, considering he is in law enforcement.

Though I do remember a show where someone was like "Chill" where it was set in a jungle and a relative of mine expressing disbelief that they would use that term. Could you be talking about Sheena? I was surprised when I caught it on TV a few days ago. Another Action Lady show.
