I've called teachers mom before and I've done the raise the hand thing at home. My grandma always calls me by wrong names too. She calls me by my uncle's name, then my dad's name, then my other uncle's name, and just sticks with that one. Sometimes she calls me by my name, but not often. My dad goes through my brother's name and my brother-in-law's name before he finally gets to mine ^^

Yep, my dear old Nan always did that ... with all of us .... whoever she was talking to somehow made it to teh back of the queue every time ... so for me it went ... Pat, Len, Daniel, James ... PAUL! putting my grandad, uncle, cousin and brother before me!
I have also called teachers mum or dad before to abject humiliation. I regularly answer the phone at home as if i am at work... so if you ever call me and the first words are 'commercial production' you know you got me ok!
But the worst one ever ..... I called out a wrong name during a very intimate moment..... thats one you NEVER want to happen!

I sometimes call my friend Max Mum (yeah, it's pronounced basically the same, except for the m and x in the end ) and my Mum Max. Fortunately it happens rarely, and mostly when noone else listens. Since I did it in school sometimes, but I don't think anyone ever heard it. ;D I've never called a teacher mum or dad, since I hate all my teachers. LOL

I think I once called one of my cousins "Nick" by accident, when he was a baby. Of course, that was the days when I was into Nick Carter.

My ex boyfriend did that once, and unfortunately he said my best friends name I can't tell you how upset I was. And he could have just lied somehow, but he quickly told me the truth Now they've been dating for a year, and she's pregnant Do I have to say, that they're both past and I don't want this to happen to anybody else, not even my worst enemy.

I'm sorry to hear that! As far as I'm concerned, those two deserve each other. Jerks.

I've called my teacher Mom. It was when I was 9 years old. What makes it even worse is that a.) she wasn't even my teacher. Our class was just mixing with her class for the day and b.) I was up at the chalkboard in the front of the whole class when it happened. Lol. ;D
And one time I almost called my step-dad Drakken. But I stopped myself after the Dr thankfully. ;D

OH MY DAYS! Hun, I am so sorry to hear that. You are clearly far too good to be associated with either of them. I send you special hugz

^ Haha, I did that once. When I was three I kept clinging to this lady's leg in the store calling her Mama, and she came over to my mom and said "Does she belong to you?" My moms says she was horrified ;D
