This has not been a good week in the Southeast.
It's hit 100 or better every day - with very high humidity.
I've been working very long shifts at work, leaving little time to do anything else by try to sleep (during the heat of the day)
To top it all off, I'm being tortured by a fly. A ridiculously fast, tiny, aggressive fly that keeps landing on my hair or exposed skin whenever I try to rest. I've tried spraying, but it keeps coming back!
I hate summer.

Hell, I can hate it too when it gets to hot.
But schools out, so I don't really got anything to do.
Though, MA seems to not be getting much heat anymore...

Awww, my poor Argy! I hate the sun too. God, I've got my desk fan goin' at full power - and it's still hot. And bugs invitin' themselves into the house doesn't help matters.

I feel the pain, I've been out weed eating and mowing for 8 hours a day all week. This heat is killing me . On the plus side my tan is better than it's ever been .

Britain's normally pretty cool, so AC's don't come as standard in most houses. Of course, global warming is probably gonna change that in a few years.

Oh, I'm sitting right in front of a window unit right here. Yeah, Saudi Arabia is hot, but one thing you don't have there is humidity. 104 with 90% humidity is just unbearable. Not to mention the part of the building I work in overnight isn't air conditioned, so I'm just one huge sweat ball (lately they've relented and let us wear khaki shorts - but I wore slacks tonight because I knew I had to spend a couple hours in the freezer.)
...but that ******* FLY!!!

Commander, you have my pity and understanding. Last week I was changing an auger in a combine header outside in ~115 degree heat, fortunately the humidity was only around 60-65% (I wanted to die).
I dread going back to KS, it's August which means triple digit heat and no less than 70% humidity. You step outside at 7 in the morning, and without doing anything you start sweating.
My only suggestion, keep fluids around, heat stroke is no fun, and we don't want to be hearing from you from the hospital.

I do hate hot weather, but then I whine and whine when it's cold.
I like it around 70 degrees. Not too hot, where I sweat when I've only been outside for 3 minutes (In the time I walk to and from the mail box I swear, I'm already sweating).
When it's hot like this, and I'm just hanging around, I wear shorts and a tank top. But, then again, it's always hot in Corpus.

I can't relate to the hot weather, but it is pretty warm in Wisconsin.
The worst part of Wisconsin is in the winter. It gets super cold up here in the winter.

I've just started my holidays. I'm in such a good mood that I don't care about the weather at all. I've already finished the game 'Runaway' for PC and I've started 'Runaway 2'. I know it's not realted, but it's hot outside. I'm glad I can stay at home catching up with some games I wanted to play. ^__^

Gesture: PFFTAAAAH! NO HUMIDITY! NIGHT AND DAY...HUMIDITY ALL THE WAY OVER HERE, MY FRIEND! But still...I do not know how you survived in the un-airconditioned area.
