If you look really closely when K&R are dancing you'll see Tara pass by it's not for long only about 2 to 3 seconds and if you pause it you can see what dress she has on as for who I voted for it's Kim

I'm going to be bias and say Kim. She is my favorite of the girls afterall. Although I think Monique's dress looks better. |

Kim's...but I still prefer her casual clothes to dressing up. And that's not just with Kim either, they all look better in casual everyday clothes to me.

Okay, I'm not that fond of Tara's and Jessica's dresses, though they do look good in them. I think I like the style of Monique's dress the best, but the color of Kim's. Really, the artists did a great job dressing them up.
Actually, come to think of it, it's not real easy to tell what color some of the dresses really are, with the colored lighting.
