How about Mind Games?! Kim in Ron's body! Ron in Kim's body! And one of the first things they do is go from mission clothes to regular clothes. Ron in Kim's cheerleader outfit and he likes the breeze?!

I think that bit from "Dimension Twist" that I posted in the Reevaluation thread that Mukiox reposted was what inspired this thread. My chief interest in the, er, suggestiveness was what it proved about Kim's and Ron's attitude toward each other going beyond friendship at the time. Let's face it, this is a show about teenagers, who as a normal part of human biology are highly aware of sexual issues. It would feel much less natural if there weren't any sexually suggestive moments. What there is is rather mild, and not exactly in your face. Well, okay, maybe a little in your face. These darn thin clothes just sometimes make a girl feel like crossing her arms. And of course, we've always liked this hug. Note Ron's hips. And this interesting looking frame: There are a few tricks they use to minimize Kim's sexuality, not that it's minimized much. We never see her (as a teenager) in a swimsuit, though other girls are so displayed: And usually when Kim has relatively intimate scenes with Ron (or Josh, or Erik), her middle's covered up by a longer shirt or a dress. Here's one exception: Usually with a bare middle we don't go beyond one hand on a shoulder. What's more interesting to me than just noting the show has some sexual undercurrents and a vocabulary of gestures is how these are used as part of the storytelling, which, however, is not the topic of this thread.

Frankly speaking . . . You can see Kim's cheerleader underpants. Wow! Cheerleaders wear color-coded underpants to match their uniforms!
You can see Crystal's cheerleader underpants in Go Team Go. Kim is holding the other cheerleaders up with her super strength, and Crystal is at the top doing a handstand.

Also, in Queen Bebe and So the Drama we don't see Kim's bra-straps when parts of her back and shoulders are visible.

In my day and age they were called bloomers, and seeing them was, as Kim would say, "no big". It is my understanding that cheerleaders wear bloomers becuase with all of the tumbles, flips, and jumps taht they do they know that their bloomers are going to be seen.
I am lost as to what the big deal about this is. Go to any high school or collegiate football game and you can see bloomers a dozen times at least, if it that big of a deal to you.
