The Lipstick thing looks a lot like the Sonic Screwdriver when pointed in your face... en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic_ScrewdriverThen again, I havn't seen a serial when the Doctor uses the Sonic Screwdriver in water, but I assume it works in there. |

DISCLAIMER: I don't think that the K/R fans OR Ron Fangirls OR Nabu are like the Ood... nor do they look like them for that matter...   WE ARE THE LEGION OF THE BEAST!!! Kim: Oh. SH*T!
