Well, we've all seen Oh No! Yono, and to be fair, it's got a lot of great and dramatic aspects to it. Monkey Fist darkening and final demise, Kim and Ron's second on-screen BF-GF kiss, Ron's "this is my way of showing you," and so forth.
But, it seems that among all this great and glorious stuff, it seems they managed to weasel in a "make Ron dumb for the sake of a joke" moment.
I refer you to this dialogue early in the episode:
(Kim and Ron are on the phone, discussing the Zeegies) RON: Were it not for [the Flippies] "Party on the Potty," I'd still be in diapers today! KIM: Ron, that DVD came out only two years ago!
(I may have gotten the exact wording wrong, but I remember it going something like that.)
This dialogue, given Kim's mention of the time frame, seems to indicate that Ron was, in fact, wearing diapers up until sophomore year of high school.
This is as bad as "had to take off his shoes to count to twelve" and "still spit up in my backpack," if not much, much worse.
Not to mention the fact that it might contradict canon. Ron's toilet training was the subject of "Ron's Big Day," and he was very much a toddler in that video. Of course, Ron's comment could mean that he was trained during the day, but had to wear something during the night, but given Kim and Ron's close friendship, wouldn't she have already known by high school if Ron had a certain "medical problem"? Not to mention Camp Wanaweep - given the abuse he got while there, wouldn't his fellow students maciliously teased him about the fact that he was "Pampered," as it were, and why wasn't it ever brought up?
One theory of mine is that the Zeegies were around back when Ron was a baby/toddler, and that they were only released on DVD relatively recently. That way, it seems to me, Ron's character is left intact while still keeping the dialogue true.
At least that's what I think? What about you?
(Hopes this thread isn't inappropriate...)

Clearly videotape and video cameras were available when Ron was a toddler. Perhaps the Flippies (a play on staff member Filipi?) were available on video tape back then. Considering the body of material that was originaly on tape and transferred to DVD this is feasible.
Hopefully Kim is referring to the latest DVD only recently coming out, rather than the series itself being a recent production.
Given the longevity of many kid's productions, such as the Land Before Time franchise (We'd have apatosaurs and cerotopsians running about the streets, now, if the actual Cretaceous had lasted that long, it often seems) this is a functional thesis.

Plus it's clear he had boxers over 2 years ago when as a sophmore he kept losing his pants. Your theory is the most probable that it was just released on dvd.

Ron was just trying to be funny. That's what it probably was. Also it can't be anything else because 2 years ago he clearly wore boxers. So i believe Ron just tried to make a joke.

Well, the fact that he wasn't in boxers doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't in diapers - he could have been wearing boxers to hide his Huggies. Though I think my original theory (that the Ziggies or whatever) were around when Ron was a tot is probably the best and most plausible one. (And the one most respectful of Ron's character.) And I agree with eclogite's comment about the longevity of kid's franchises (heck, I remember being a huge Land Before Time fan when it came out in theaters!), though I never saw the sequels (mostly because, well, the original movie really didn't leave any doors open for a sequel). But that's going off-topic...

For the record, the Flippies are quite clearly a parody of The Wiggles. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_WigglesWe now return to "The Life and Toilet Training of Ron Stoppable" already in progress. --Erin M.

For the record, the Flippies are quite clearly a parody of The Wiggles. True, but just because the Flippies are a parody of a 21st century show in RL doesn't mean they weren't around in Ron's infancy and/or toddlerhood in the KP universe.

Kim said that DVD came out, maybe he was watching it on another format instead a Video tape or even a TV show.

There have been dozens of shows in the Flippies vein over the years, probably even moreso when children's shows were predominately local productions by the affiliates rather than network material. If one goes back to the 60s things like H R Puffenstuff and the Bugaloos spring to mind as early examples of network supplied variants of this sort of show. It would be completely unsurprising if Ron and Kim were exposed these since they would have, assuming that the show is happening in current time, been born no earlier than 1989. The 1990s were rife with videos and televison shows aimed at teaching young children various things.

Eh, Ron was just making a joke and Kim took him seriously. It was just stupid dialogue. I do that all the time with my friends, but I don't mean any of it.

Sorry about the dredging up a somewhat old topic, but I've been meaning to respond... Yep. Ron was just making a joke. Ron's a funny guy. I took that spitting up comment in big bother as a joke also. Well, you might have a point, but Ron doesn't seem like the kind of guy who makes stuff up like that just to be funny. The closest I can come up with is his "to the degree any girl can" joke in "Big Bother," and that was to "puff himself up" (albeit humorously), which is the opposite of what the "spitting up" comments (and the "Flippies" insinuation) were. I wonder why, Nabu. Even if teenage Ron was in diapers, I doubt he'd let you change him. On a similar note... Is it just me, or does that diaper look a bit too big for Hana? It looks like Kim or the tweebs could wear it!

Its like the joke about spitting up in your backpack from "Big Bother" where Kim said that Hana probably wouldnt spit up in Rons backpack when she was 18 and Ron said that that made one of them. Seriously, this a cartoon show, dont take them serious, youre not supposed to

Well, I think the guy in the CSI epsiode wanted to wear them (I don't watch CSI, but I know sort of what you're talking about), whereas Ron would not. What are you saying? What could be more serious than a cartoon character's control over his waste removal faculties and its consequences for his choice of undergarments? Besides, when you think about it, it's not Ron who hasn't completed his toilet training, it's Kim! Just look at the undies of Kim and Hana: Notice how similar the undergarments are. Yep, it's undeniable: Kim Possible, world-saving cheerleader and girlfriend of Ron Stoppable, wears a diaper. OK, I was joking there. If Kim did need to wear a diaper post-toddlerhood, she had to be out of them by the time of "Bonding," or Bonnie would have said something about it. (Unless Bonnie suffers from the same problem. All in all, I think both Kim and Ron are fully potty-trained. Although a full-fledged, non-trim diaper might explain how Kim is able to keep on all those oversize cargo pants...
