One weakness overlooked is that when Ron can't use MMP, or control it, he's fairly crappy in a fight. So we deny him MMP and he's screwed unless Kim is there to help him or he's running. Not always true. Need I remind you of how Ron fought in "Exchange", "Big Brother", and "Stop Team Go" without necessarily using his MMP? In the last, Ron was backing up into a corner away from the temporarily-evil Wegos when he was hit by a blast from the Attitudinator (instantly making him evil). Immediately, he repelled the Wegos and emerged victorious in seconds. This showed that Ron's "buffooneries" were not caused by a lack of skill- for he was an accomplished martial artist while evil- but rather by something else. (The nature of this "something" is debatable, but some possibilities can include a lack of inhibition, more confidence, not being confined to remaining the "comical sidekick", or a mix of these. This is irrelevant to the topic at hand, however.) Besides, as shown in "Sink or Swim", Ron was fully capable of winning against a villain even before he got his MMP and without engaging in hand-to-hand combat. When first zapped by the Attitudinator, he showed that he possessed a high level of forethought; his problem in using it may be because of a short attention span and an irregular set of priorities. In "Sick Day", Ron was able to make a plan and re-steal Ray X. Ron can apprehend a villain or accomplish a goal without using his MMP or his "mad running away skills."

OK, I forgot about Sink or Swim, I'll admit that. But let's assume it's a straight up brawl, no MMP, Ron is fairly beat, unless he's fighting one of equal or lesser skill. WIth MMP? He's darn unstoppable (pun intended).
So for straight up brawls, Ron needs MMP usually, but otherwise, Ron can hold his own.

Isn't it obvious?! Sooner or latter he has to go to the bathroom, and that's when the piranhas get him.

His weakness is basically being himself. Unless you do something to change that, what you see is what you will get. To stop his monkey power, you really need to make sure whatever plan you have, stops both him and kim at the same time, because if he thinks kims in danger, that gives him focus and that is killer for any evil plan.

Ron's weakness is none other than......
KIM POSSIBLE! Doy! Everyone knows that all heroes have A "kryptonite" that robs them of their powers. When Ron's girlfriend, Kim Possible, is in danger, his kryptonite is triggered. Although it does not rob him of the Mystical Monkey Powers, it will cause him to lose focus (because Kim is on Ron's mind 24/7/365(366 on leap year)). Simply put, there's only one thing on Ron's mind all the time (crime-fighting or not), and that is his sweet, sweet Kimmie.
