Umm...was there ever any sanity to start with? If I look at some of the older pages of the thread I´m not so sure...

True, true.
I hope the screencaps site comes back soon so that we'll actually have some pictures to caption.

New short story. Some semi-adult content. More ObscureSummary: Well, it had to come up sooner or later…right? Pre- Odds Man In, season four. Adult subjects, but hardly detailed enough for an M-rating.

I like it. The "atleast you weren´t loud"-line at the end made me lough out loud. ;D Edit: Am I the only one, who never really knows what to write as a short review?

Omigod, I LOVED it. And I was blushing the whole time, which means it was some piece of writing, since I don't blush very easily. But it was a good blush. Don't feel bad for writing about cartoon character's sex lives, Ninnik. Hey, Drakken and Shego are adults, right? People have needs.

Heheh, nah-- I don't feel bad, I just thought it was kind of hilarious. I knew Drakken and Shego and KP in general was pretty silly, but I hadn't watched any episodes in a long while and was therefore reminded of exactly how silly it really was-- hence the reaction to the sex lives ficcage. I guess it just clashed a bit with the show-- but yeah, everyone has needs. XD I also find it amusing that you blushed so much, considering all the not writing of any details I did, but I guess it's all in the implications, huh? *shrugs* Thanks for the reviews, both of you. Oh, and I finally read Char's Detour and added it to the fic recs at my D/S site. Fun as always, Char.

The Pillsbury Doughboy always makes me think of The Critic. I forget, is that one of the series you bought on DVD? Pillsbury!Drakken and Griffin!Shego? Is it just me, or are we running out of material here? Possibly. Wait, does this count: iwarinjones.deviantart.com/art/You-are-mine-130191465Umm...was there ever any sanity to start with? If I look at some of the older pages of the thread I´m not so sure... Quoted for truthiness. I hope the screencaps site comes back soon so that we'll actually have some pictures to caption. I would like to see that too, even though I have no caption ideas. About all I can do is redo my past works so that they actually show up again. Not sure if that would useful to anyone but me though, seeing as it's the same joke used twenty times over. New short story. Some semi-adult content. Considering the word you used yesterday when talking about the fic, I'm almost tempted to say you were trying to lure me into reading it. Oh well, you understand why I'm not, right? Am I the only one, who never really knows what to write as a short review? Welcome to the club. Omigod, I LOVED it. And I was blushing the whole time, which means it was some piece of writing, since I don't blush very easily. But it was a good blush. Again considering the word used yesterday, I find myself blushing at this statement. I guess it just clashed a bit with the show *blinks* Does... does that mean you went against canon, or am I getting my hopes up too high?

Now I'm curious. What word?

Now I'm curious. What word? Not sure, but I'm guessing 'masturbation'? That's basically what the story's about, anyway. *shrugs* I did tell him it wasn't very racy, though, and it really kinda isn't. More like an exercise in awkwardness. XD The Pillsbury Doughboy always makes me think of The Critic. I forget, is that one of the series you bought on DVD? Possibly. I guess it just clashed a bit with the show *blinks* Does... does that mean you went against canon, or am I getting my hopes up too high? Yep, I own The Critic on DVD. I also own Duckman. ;D I almost posted that piece of D/S fan art, too, but my quality filter must've kicked in. It's a bit demanding at times. Why you're not reading the story? Dunno, was it your thing with reading in general? Don't remember. Oh, by clashing with the show I just meant the show is so silly and innocent and here's a story that has tension-filled shouting matches and masturbation. Okay, so maybe the show has some tension-filled shouting matches sometimes, too. XD Dunno, it was just me being reminded in general what the show was like. Sometimes we get too wrapped up in fanfics. The closest I've ever gotten to really going against canon must've been my Electronique/Dementor pairing, or the fact that I killed off Kim and Ron in one of my stories.

Adult subjects, but hardly detailed enough for an M-rating. Oh, the awkwardness. It didn't exactly make me blush, but it did make me squirm, the discomfort they felt was so real. I loved it. Remind me to add that to my 'list of reasons not to have a roommate'. [Oh, and I finally read Char's Detour and added it to the fic recs at my D/S site. Fun as always, Char. Thanks! ;D Edit: Am I the only one, who never really knows what to write as a short review? Nope, you're not alone. I always put off writing reviews because I want to write something longer than "I liked it"...but I know personally I'd rather get an "I liked it" than nothing, so...I'll try to do better.

The closest I've ever gotten to really going against canon must've been my Electronique/Dementor pairing... But for the fact that the story clashed with "Stop Team Go", I thought that Electronique and Dementor being divorced fit perfectly. Am I the only one, who never really knows what to write as a short review? Not by a long chalk. It bothers me so.

More like an exercise in awkwardness. XD Correct on both accounts. I guess it's the association of myself with the term that's, well... Can't really blame anyone seeing as "I OGC everyday" is still in my signature after all these months. I almost posted that piece of D/S fan art, too, but my quality filter must've kicked in. It's a bit demanding at times. Quality filter? What's that? Why you're not reading the story? Dunno, was it your thing with reading in general? Don't remember. Yeah, I'm not a big reading fan in general. I can be swept up into something randomly though. For the past few days I've been reading up on U.S. history, reading about Nixon, Ford, and Carter, and now I feel like reading up on The Civil War. How the hell that came about is beyond me, but that's how it is with me and reading. Hadn't been interested in history in a long while, and then suddenly I want to rediscover it and read about it. Same can be applied to fanfiction. There will probably come a time when reading D/S appeals to me again, but in the mean time I'm tired of it and don't have an interest in reading it. The closest I've ever gotten to really going against canon must've been my Electronique/Dementor pairing, or the fact that I killed off Kim and Ron in one of my stories. Ah yes, Dementronique was a good creation. ;D That could prove useful... thanks for the link. So, did you ever think "I'm reading a story about Disney characters masturbating, and I'm enjoying it-- what the hell is wrong with me?"? File that under "Quotes I would want to put in my signature but don't have the room for." XD

I'm with Char and Asmodeus, I always feel that writing "I enjoyed it" is rather lacking, but I have honestly no idea what else to put down.
If it were up to you, CJS, you would fill the entire board with nothing but quotes you would put in your signature.

If for no other reason but to show examples of what a person can do with the English language when they put their mind to it. ;D Hmmm, putting them all over the board might be too annoying, and there's never enough room in my signature for them... maybe there should be a thread for these quotable quotes... *strokes chin*
