I like to stick as canonly to the series as possible, especially with my fics, or any fics that I plan to write in the future.
The Drakken/Shego thing does need to be handled right in order for it to work, though. I don't see them calling each other by pet names or kissing every second (like some bad fanfics seem to depict.) I expect that they'll have to face issues that every couple has to face, and there might be bumpy patches in their relationship.
But in the end, yes I am a D/S shipper. They are just too great to keep separated.

I dont ship at all. I find shipping to be the most annoying part of fandom-it can tern into a flame war and make fans of the same show insult each other and sometimes(very rearly) even threaten the creators if they dont get their ship. I mean look at Zutara and Kataang on Avatar

Yes, you just go around and rain on other people's parade, don't you?

Yes, you just go around and rain on other people's parade, don't you? See,you already turned hostile. I'm entitled to my opinion just like you,so back off and take it easy.

But shipping can be pretty fun too, if it's done right and people keep their heads. For every rabid Kaatang and Zutara fangirl I've ever met there's at least five more sane and fun ones. It's all a matter of perspective.

I've shipped DS since the start of the series. I honestly thought they might be an underwraps couple in Season 1. It wasn't until Season 2 or 3 that it really hit me that "subtextual canon" wasn't actually canon. Heh. I was a little disappointed that the writers didn't captialize on a potential D/S romance. I mean, I know it's Kim's story, but I just think that it would have been so much fun to see Drakken and Shego hook up-- and it would have been a lovely foil to Kim/Ron. I mean, it already was, but when K/R became a "thing" I honestly expected D/S to follow in suit. Instead, it was only hinted at in "Graduation", which was exciting at first, but disappointing in the light of day.

Well, in fanon terms one can always assume Shego and Dr. D made things official after "Graduation".

Well, in fanon terms one can always assume Shego and Dr. D made things official after "Graduation". Well, Steve Loter did say that what happened in Graduation meant that D/S would start dating. It's nice to know that the hints meant what we thought they meant, but yeah, a bit more screen time for D/S hints (even if the hints in Graduation were plenty strong) would've been nice. A bit more of a gradual transition, maybe. I'm sure a lot of people thought the get-together in Graduation was a bit rushed. I sorta got a similar vibe from K/R in StD, but that's what time constraints will do, I guess.

Yes, I like them as a couple. Actually, this pairing is probably the first thing that made me like the show, and it's still one of my favourite ones.

Another shipper reporting to duty. My first KP episode ever was A Very Possible Christmas, and it convinced me right then and there that these two were made for each other. I skipped right to Graduation after the Christmas episode because I had to see the flower scene in the end. ;D Then I spent the whole day reading all the fics on Ninnik's website.
I do ship them with other characters as well, but none of those other pairings have the same spice in them.
