In Std Shego was able to put up a pretty good fight with Battle suit Kim, in fact they almost seemed equal. In this season it showed how powerful the battle suit was..i mean look at the effect it had on Ron, he was able to even beat Kim. So shouldnt this mean Shego is way stronger than Kim...perhaps even on a different level so I really dont get why shes getting clobbered by Kim without the battle suit more than half the time.

She may be stronger, (not for sure) but fighting isn't ALL about strength. Especially in Shego's case, she's using plasma covered claws and fists, that's more of a coordination/agility thing. And it's guessed that the super-suit doesn't put out a constant strength enhancement, but rather short bursts (used for those BIG jumps, throwing piles of goons off her, breaking down steel doors, etc...).
Shego tends to use a single approach in her fighting style, where as Kim changes her style on a regular basis. In fact, if you pay attention she fights a lot quicker while staying on the outskirts of a mass-melee in her standard mission outfit, but when she puts on the super suit she tends to get right into the fray, even allowing Henchmen to dog pile on her before using slower more determined blows to take them down.
Basically, they are on equal footing no matter what. Kim is just able to change her style from the faster (unarmored) style she typically used to a slower but more direct approach (armored). Shego continues to use basically the same style, and it is effective against both styles Kim uses. The only BIG advantage I see Kim having now is the fact she has less to worry about with the plasma bursts.

I think Shego just plain needs to knock out kim and get it done with.. I mean, defeating kim One could have an impact on her, on account they often Never finish a fight. Sure Kim knows six different styles of martial arts, or whatever, but Shego's doing a great job defending herself and delivering blows, and i don't even think she takes classes. I'm sure shego has more than enough potential to eventually put kim in her place. Thing is, is Shego determined enough to actually devise strategies to defeating her, or is she going to keep on throwing punches and plasma bolts untill Kim's distracted enough to run off?

hmm..good point. I never really thought about Kim switching her fighting styles around. Also the thing about if Shegos determined to defeat Kim also makes sense. Ive never actaully seen her determined to beat Kim. She usually waits until Kim is at the lair or something and just tries to prevent Kim from foiling Drakkens plan.

Maybe Shego simply doesn't Want to defeat Kim, she looks forward to meeting her again :3
And she probably doesn't get paid enough to put her life on the line like that, On another note, Kim doesn't Kill, incase ya havn't noticed, i think Kim could never bring herself to kill Shego, or anybody. "Woah Kim, Since when are you Packin'?"

There are scenes that apparently hint Shego having superhuman strengh, but this is... how to put it? Ambigious is not the word, but rather... not solid enough in context. Sometimes she seems to have unnatural strengh, sometimes she doesn't (or would have caused a lot more of damague in several ocasions). So, either she can pull super-strengh in certain cases, or it's something Disney hasn't been paying much attention to.

Thats good point. When I saw her to lift up that piece of wall in...I think it was October 31...she looks pretty strong to me. And with her glows... normal human would be badly injured by her punch. Maybe she doesnt have stomach for killing(personaly) too.

I don't think she has super strength. Like Alexlayer said there's no real evidence of it. She's able to break through walls and cut through solid metal, but that's because of her plasma.
If she had super strength it would also leave Hego kind of redundant, as their individual powers are also their gimmicks.
There's also the continuity thing. KP never has had much of it. Drakken, for instance, is able to tear open a solid metal door in Naked Genius, and tear apart a tuxedo jacket in STD. That doesn't really mean he has super strength, but that the writers wanted to show his impatience/frustration physically. Now I don't think Drakken is weak, but I doubt he's got super strength.

Shego is not super strong like Superman or the like.To battle Kim she need skills.Strenght alone is no use.Besides Shego don't need super strenght to fight Kim.
